Wonderful experience.. had great neighbors! A little close.. but very, very happy with our stay!! An awesome monthly price!! Very quiet place!! 

Worst rv park ever . They don’t care if people steal your stuff or break in to your stuff . They don’t do anything for you . They have a lady there who is just a cleaner and she acts like she owns the place . She will even be so nosy to watch through your windows . 

The cabin was descent for the price. However there definitely needs to be some extermination.   Several roaches were seen throughout but mostly in the kitchenette area. The glass window to my cabin was cracked and had a hole.  

I love it here. The people are very nice, it is clean and very quite. No riff raff going on.

Simple place for a weekend get away. Owner very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will return when our travels take us to this area.

Ugh the ppl here were amazing, Paula the “manager” felt like home she was the best part of the place. But unfortunately we would never go back. The spots are uncomfortably close together, we could hear everything 🙄 and the flies ….  (in an earlier video it shows) fleas out small child were come in with bites, sewer smell was horrendous, restroom/showers are … you see in my pics, the (free) laundry took forever to do and were constantly being used and ppl using other ppls plugs that would make our breakers trip.. just a no go for us. If I could out zero stars I would.

Now I never do reviews, however, whoever wants to try and save a couple dollars here better know about this place.

Absolute worst experience of my lifetime. The neighbors behind my camper had such an awful smell coming from there. There was numerous feral cats that reproduced like rabbits. Roaches, fleas, and small black bugs that weren’t ants invaded the entire campsite. Absolutely no maintenance on the bathrooms/showers whatsoever.

Trash took a little over 2 weeks to even get taken care of, and I had found out that, we as the tenants of the campsite, need to inform the manager or whoever that the trash needs to be taken out instead of having a schedule with the trash company.

If you want toilet paper/paper towels/hand soap, be ready to bring your own. Had to wait at least a week for 2 of 3 of those items to even be seen.

The ‘manager’ onsite doesn’t do anything as far as I know, maybe that’s who brought in the supplies, but they couldn’t even get placed into where they belonged to.

I’d give this 0 stars if I could. Absolutely hated this place and the only gleam of hope were my neighbors infront of me. Other than that, either save your money, or spend a little more for a better location.

Great price, easy spots to get to, good amenities, owner is very easy to work with and understanding. Close to town. 

Not really that great of a place to stay, it’s cheaper but that’s why it looks the way it does! They just went up on their lot rent and are gonna start charging a fee to use the laundry room so I think the new lady running it is going to be pocketing that fee! Her reason is because the laundry room is always left dirty but that’s a lie! You have to worry about snakes and stuff because they never mow and a lot of folks have junk piled around their RV’s! It’s worth it to pay a little extra to go to a better RV park! 

Nice people, good atmosphere, and owners are good ppl and do what they can for anyone around

RV spots are extremely narrow. Very, very  close to your neighbor.  The tables outside are sitting approx. 3 ft from neighbors table. TV cable not available. No room or level ground to set a chair on to sit outside.  Cannot put awning out due to closeness of trailers. Bathrooms/showers leave alot to be desired. I would not recommend or stay again.

Sites are tight. Roads are rough. Absolutely no contact this management or staff. Find your site on your own no map etc. And lots of people living in old rvs. Better options available.

Small RV park, no frills. Mostly full timers here. Was cheap & quiet, so great by me.
