My visit at Champagne RV Resort was absolutely wonderful. Wow! Such a beautiful resort! So clean and super accommodating. We had plans to stay at All Seasons Rv Resort up the way from Champagne Lakes but when we arrived the resort (All Seasons) was not what we expected - it was super small and not very clean. Thankfully we saw Champagne Lakes on the way up and stopped in to see if it was any better. To our surprise this hidden gem was beautiful!! We were greeted by Donna who was absolutely amazing!! She was able to accommodate us in our large 5th wheel at such a short notice! 🙏🏻 It felt so welcoming and safe and we are so thankful for them! If you are looking for a beautiful peaceful stay this is the place! Spots are spacious, people are kind and it’s exactly what we were looking for! Thank you Champagne Lakes for going above and beyond and being so welcoming. A++++

Unprofessional staff and zero direction for new customers. My son recently visited for a propane refill, and the experience was appalling. There is a complete lack of signage directing customers where to go, and when he tried to navigate the lot, staff aggressively rode up to him in a golf cart to lecture him rather than assist him. Despite his multiple apologies, he was lectured again at the office.When I called to discuss the way he was treated, the staff was dismissive, spoke over me, and eventually hung up on me after calling my son "sensitive." We spent $80 here!!!$ so yeah, we are sensitive when we spend our money somewhere and the the employees are rude. The lack of basic professional courtesy and clear communication is unacceptable. If you don't want people driving in certain areas, put up a sign instead of harassing paying customers. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Staying here is magical. It’s feels like an escape from reality. Falling asleep with sounds of frogs and crickets. 3 lakes with catch & release fishing, playground, mini mart, pool, laundry areas with bathrooms. The ladies at the office are the sweetest! You’ll never want to leave.

Amazing to get away from society if you like to be alone and very quiet but its mainly just a place of retired elders and naggers couldn't even fish in there three ponds with out getting asked if we lived there or if we belong there even our neighbor was a bit rude asking us how long where staying and to keep it quiet while we where meeting up our setup and we kept getting kicked out of the lake with flashlights telling us no fishing due to a Karen manager that lives in front of the 3rd lake calling one of their other Karen's to do their job. The third pond has giant trophy bass that just swim around which is the only nice thing they and no other fish except turtles we had only spent $190 for 2 nights and can say they weren't enjoyable

We stayed at Champagne Lakes in September and was our first RV trip so we wanted to stay close to home just in case. However, this campground was beyond what I expected. The sites were amazing as well as the people. We will definitely come back!

Haven't explored a whole lot here, but the place is beautiful. I have been staying here for about a month now. The staff is very firendly and super helpful. It's quiet, clean, well maintained. Free WiFi.

What an incredible place to park your rv. Quiet and has such a peaceful feel about the place. Love the lakes and the beautiful trees to give shade. And the wild life are wonderful to see. Highly recommend this place

We just spent 5 glorious days at Champagne Lakes RV resort in between our 1000 trails reservation. (Lake Minden to Pio Pico) The grounds are beautifully landscaped and so very peaceful. Our space had 50 amp with full hookup. A very clean concrete pad, partially shaded. The trash and recycling were picked up every day, which I particularly like because then you don’t have lots of flys in the campground. FYI (the store seems to be permanently closed since first of the year and no ice is available on the premises) Fishing is allowed with your stay and we enjoyed many moments lakeside. Great place for peaceful dog walks. We met so many nice people, none intrusive but open to conversation. The laundry area was an outdoor covered patio, clean and well taken care of. I was able to enjoy the adjacent pool on laundry day. Pool is sparkling clean with shade and sun areas. Sweet people and respectful kids. There is a small playground on the lake and it was fun to see the adults and children enjoying themselves there. The ladies in the front office were great help, especially Dee. Thank you you for this great experience. My husband and I highly recommend this location for a perfect relaxing getaway.

Champagne Lakes was very friendly and professional! It was my first RV Resort and I couldn't have picked a better first stop! I had to communicate with both of the ladies at the front desk and they were both Amazing. Now to the main point. The site. **Very spacious, well kept concrete pad. **The fresh water, drain and electrical connections were in excellent condition. No voltage spikes or damage to any of my electrical components. **Plenty of parking for your tow vehicle and guests **Three small lakes with Fishing until dusk. **Everyone who was staying here is very friendly. Not many people are bustling around but when you see someone they're very friendly. **Propane service was excellent. Showed up within 2 minutes of my service request. ****GATED COMMUNITY**** I felt very safe at night knowing the gates closed at 6:00pm and an access code is required to get into the property. This is one of the best benefits in my opinion.

I love living here! It took me a minute to get used to downsizing but I love it here! Relaxing plenty of space and the pool is wonderful! I adore the people here too!! I am so glad I did it!! Also I LOVE Donna and Dee at the office! This is going to be my home for a long time!!

My experience at Champagne Lakes has been very peaceful. We have a clean well taken care of park. Most people are friendly. I feel I can leave my belongings and no one will bother anything. Pool is clean. Great office staff. I have all kinds of packages delivered. No problem. My concerns are always dealt with in a professional manner. I really feel at home here.

Love staying here. The staff is always delightful and ready, willing and able to help with whatever you need. The bathrooms are very nice and always spotless. The lakes are large and fun tk fish in. The general store is SUPER handy for any forgotten items or for a delicious meal. Absolutely loved our time here, 10 /10 would recommend to anyone.

Really nice park... Friendly staff and three fishing ponds! There's a lot of full time residents here that seem to be super friendly and keep an eye on things. It's safe, clean and has a good variety of sites... And the deli has awesome (home-made) Chicken teriyaki bowls, burgers & taco's)
