Nice campground close to lots of shopping, right off Route 10, constant traffic but not too loud. Immaculate warm pool and spa. Good place to stay when traveling in the area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect Fall-Winter stop for snowbirds

Stinks, I wouldn't recommend coming here, Memberships Only... They offer free nights in exchange for presentation to sell time share type of Deal. They won't let you come alone you have to bring your wife, girlfriend or boyfriend husband, so they can get double the odds of closing for a time share.

Came here for the free trial they offered, I decided not to buy it as I am on somewhat of a budget right now but I really enjoyed my stay. My husband had fun with the kids at the fishing pond. Will be returning when I get a chance

We drove through the park to see if it would be good for future use. Shirley, maybe Sharon, who greeted us at the entry gate, was wonderful. Thank you for having a positive attitude and for being so helpful. I look forward to visiting in the future. Sorry, I forgot her name.

I could give it 5 stars if The security staff at the Campground were friendlier and kinder, especially the old women at the pool and they did something to block the noise from the freeway. The park is very nice and clean, the pool, restrooms, laundry, and showers are awesome the people are very friendly.

This place is a dump . Unmanaged . Looks like most of the people live there . Breakers kept shutting off . There is no arcade . Needs a serious renovation . Dissatisfied and disappointed .

Not happy. After making reservations to stay here a week previous, we arrive to find out there was no space for us. We are both Coast to Coast and RPI members, however, we were told that we would have to sit through a sales pitch about their program before we could stay. Although we thought it very bizarre we agreed to this. I when we arrived for the sales pitch, they told us we could not have the tour because we are Canadians. They put us in a 30 amp site although we need a 50 amp for our 40 foot rig. We were told we could move to a better site the following day, which didn’t happen as for “members “we’re ahead of us.” When we lowered our jacks they sunk into the ground, the sites are very uneven I do not normally write reviews however I thought this should be noted by management. We will certainly never grace the doors of this place again. Elaine Swinton

The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the sales team. We were able to book a cabin the same day we signed up! The sales team was genuinely helpful and went above and beyond to work with us on our unique situation so we could swing the membership. We're happy campers for sure! The park was small but we enjoyed the facilities and there were activities geared towards everyone in the family, even our furry little guy!!

Although this park is clean and the price is amazing, know that the photos are very outdated. It does not look this nice. They do keep it clean. Due to COVID-19 all the recreation area (pool and jacuzzi) were closed still. There's nothing close by that you could walk to. This park leans up against the 10 fwy so you'll always hear the noise and smell the car exhaust (they say you get used to it.) It's not a bad place for the price. If the exhaust smell didn't bother me, I would want to stay there.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! Arrived for our free weekend and they set a time for the tour when my wife was working and would not change the time. Charged me $200 as a deposit to show up for the tour. When i arrived to do the tour they said dont bother since my wife was at work and kicked me out. Had to call police for meth heads trashing the place and they didn't even kick them out. I am a nurse on call at the hospital and they didnt care that I could not leave I had to stay close to the hopsital. People were doing drugs everywhere in plain sight. The spaces are tiny and I couldn't even dump my tanks because of the layout. Manager was AWFUL. Corporate would not answer my phone calls or emails. Felt like I was living under a bridge the freeway was so loud. The "pond" is actually a puddle. This is a very bad company do not go to any Colorado River Adventures facilities. They even warned us at the dealership. DON'T GO HERE!!

Oh this park is sweet as a pie! Everyone who works here are so sweet, kind and helpful. We really felt like family when we showed up. The park itself is very beautiful as is a lot to see and do. I really liked how they hold a lot of events that is fun for everyone. The park is nicely laid out so you can find our way around easy. The facilities, and utilities, were really nice and clean every time we used them. The laundry mat was pretty good. They had a lot of activities to do which made it fun for everyone. What's best is all for a really great price. We know where we are going on our next visit! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
