I arrived to the office and I was greeted by Beatriz, the leasing agent. I had driven by several times but I wasn’t sure it was a family park. I now know it is. Beatriz was so nice explaining everything to me.

I LOVED my experience getting into Citrus Valley! Mari walked me through the whole process and was able to get me all set up to move in the next day! Would definitely recommend living here!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE . Management is extremely rude and unknowledgeable as to the information they’re providing. I NEVER signed a lease and they do NOT want to give me my funds back. I NEVER MOVED IN. I was told the electricity would be connected with them however that was a LIE. Olivares gives you and the run around about EVERYTHING. He ignores all your calls and text! MARY is extremely disrespectful started yelling at me, I have NEVER experienced such AWFUL management. They refuse to give you corporate’s number. TANIA “that is supposedly the MAIN one in charge.” Just hides under a rock and refuses to talk to anyone. I WISH I WOULDVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE EVEN CONSIDERING TO MOVE HERE. These people were LAUGHING LAUGHING!!! ABOUT NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! It is ILLEGAL TO BE HOLDING ON TO MY MONEY WHEN I NEVER MOVED IN AND THE ONLY THING THAT WAS “SIGNED” BE ME WAS THE APPLICATION. I NEED CORPORATE TO CONTACT ME THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I have been living in Citrus Valley for 8 months and I have never paid more then $60 of water. I have never live in a place where the management only want to take the money from the few tenants that are left. My water bill increases by 3 time more. This is just ridiculous 🙄. I would love corporate to get in touch with because I know that I am not the only one that is upset.
