Horrible service my work order has never been signed off on there are several updates to the house they never sent anyone out cracks in bathtub and on our kitchen countertops called several times and no One ever came

Bought home roughly a year ago and the floor in multiple rooms are squeaking and have soft spots. Interior roof cracking multiple spots. Black mold growing. Trim falling off. Doors leaking and not aligned right.

I have always heard good things about Clayton homes and it influenced our decision to give them a try first. Well we were not disappointed in the slightest. Willam Woodard at the Clanton location has been there every step of the way! We were able to let him handle everything and if there was anything we didn’t understand, he explained it with no problem. He was able to be reached and has never left us waiting for any type of information. This has been an amazing experience!
