Clayton Homes is the perfect place to get a home. The entire staff there is very helpful & patient throughout the entire process of applying and getting approved for your home. Their customer service doesn’t stop there though — even after you’ve purchased the home, they check in to make sure everything is running smoothly… and if it’s not, they’ll have someone out to fix it in no time. William was our salesman & he did a great job at making the process go so smoothly. He stayed in touch almost every day — and if it wasn’t every day, then he would make sure to give us a call as soon as there was an update on the process. Anytime we had a question, if he couldn’t answer it, Tim could. Both were extremely helpful. We could not have asked for anyone better to help us with our first home buying journey.
