Biggest mistake I ever made!! Once you buy the home you are on your own they don’t help you with anything!! They lie about sending people out to help you with your issues!!! Also you better be looking for parts for your home because NO ONE has parts to help you repair anything! You can’t even get it from the manufacturer!! So you are just stuck! Things like crown molding, flooring, trim, tile, etc.. I mean you can’t get it nowhere!! They recommend you to places but they don’t have it!! An Clayton Homes will not try to get it from the manufacturer at all.. TERRIBLE!!!

We recently purchased the Avalyn from Clayton Homes in Clanton. We are extremely happy with our purchase! The home is absolutely beautiful!!! We would recommend all our family and friends who are looking to purchase a home to come here! Sherle Bryant was our Home Consultant. She is very knowledgeable and made the process from start to finish very easy and kept us informed every step of the way. We actually cannot say enough about our wonderful experience from here! Clayton Homes is the perfect place to get a home. The entire staff there is very helpful & patient throughout the entire process of applying and getting approved for your home. Their customer service doesn’t stop there though — even after you’ve purchased the home, they check in to make sure everything is running smoothly… and if it’s not, they’ll have someone out to fix it in no time. William was our salesman & he did a great job at making the process go so smoothly. He stayed in touch almost every day — and if it wasn’t every day, then he would make sure to give us a call as soon as there was an update on the process. Anytime we had a question, if he couldn’t answer it, Tim could. Both were extremely helpful. We could not have asked for anyone better to help us with our first home buying journey.
