As others have mentioned, this is a nice place for an overnight stop. Full hookups with 50-amp was $40.00 with our Good Sam discount. It's easy to find, close to the highway, but not close enough to be noisy. I left a message asking if we could check in early and received a text stating that it wasn't a problem. The owner sent codes for the restrooms, wifi, and a photo of our spot on the map. We didn't use the wifi because we have Starlink, which worked great. I can't speak to the condition of the restrooms; we didn't use them.

Campground is a bit run down. Sites need new gravel and to be leveled. One of what looked like a permanent resident had trash piled up outside of the camper. Office was never open and we saw no sign of camp workers while we were there for 4 days.

It was a good place to stop for the night. We came in after hours, Ashley made getting a site, how to get to it and an easy link to pay on. Would stay here again. It has plenty of pull thrus for big rigs (we are 42 ft class A motorhome with a tow vehicle). Dirt & grass on the sites. Nothing fancy. We just needed to rest for the night. Quiet park. At&t and T-Mobile work there.

I really liked the 1 night we did stay. The owner was nice enough to refund our money when we had an issue with the camper i had bought and couldn't stay the full month. I would have understood if the wouldn't have.. The bathrooms were clean tho we did get locked out the last few days our camper was at the site. The only reason that I gave service a 1 star is due to the fact when I needed a space for a month with a different RV they refused to allow me to. They lied and stated I moved to the other park which I didn't. I had left to Albuquerque that day. They made it impossible for me to rent at the other park as well. Like I said I would have understood if they hadn't refunded my money but to turn around and lie really is bad customer service.

Lovely little RV park. Easy to get to, clean, and quiet. Dumping available at your site which is super convenient. Had a little park-small but would have been great to use had it not been pouring rain! Grass was nice and trimmed. Sites a bit over grown bit had no impact on leveling and setting up. Other reviews mentioned new owners who are working to improve the area bit by bit. They are located super close to a Love’s gas station with easy to access diesel pumps with DEF. A smidge of an issue with checking in as the site we reserved was actually taken by what looked like a long term resident (site 28) but we just picked another site and let them know and it was not a problem. We would happily stay here again!

This was a comfortable place to stay, for the week I did. Got a welcome invite to come back and stay again, and I would stay again!

Between the wild cats climbing in and on my vehicle and the dogs barking it made it hard to sleep. (Tent campers). It's right in this little town in a neighborhood, so traffic never stops. I'd say if you were in an rv or tt in the opposite corner it wouldn't be near as bad. It's not a bad campground, but something needs done with the animals.

This RV park was no more or less than we expected in this small town. The price was reasonable and we had full hookups and everything worked. It was soo much better than the alternative stop - Black Mesa State Park - horrible!! But, it's location is not so great. The place could really be nice - needs some TLC. The picnic tables are dilapidated and broken. Electric posts are on their last leg. Amenities advertised are there, but in bad shape. Never saw or had contact with staff. Carol, who took our phone reservation, was very friendly. They spaced the campers that were there a good distance from each other. With some much needed maintenance (hard to find people that actually work vs government handout) , some $$$, trees, and TLC, this place could be really nice. There are no nearby attractions. It was fine for a nightly stop and better than Black Mesa (I think I mentioned that).

RV site pretty well maintained. Bathrooms/shower were clean. I would recommend this RV park.
