Pretty with nice little beach at swim area. Life vests available just hanging to borrow. No dogs on the beach or in the water but good place for walks.

My family has been camping here since the 40's still just as it always was. Water isn't as clear as when I was a child but it's still a place of beauty and wonderful memories for us. I'm here now solo camping and fishing for 4 days. All the amenities you'll need are close by and just a short drive.

Top of the notch state Park. The lake is stunning, you can easily swim, kayak or paddle board, fishing is also popular. You can camp just reserve in advance they sell firewood for $10 bucks. I went in early April and the weather was super nice, sunny, and perfect for a day at the lake, it did get cold at night def bring a jacket. The soil is quite moist because of proximity to the lake so make sure your tent is waterproof. The road there has a lot of curves take some car sickness meds with u in case needed. Frogs have a full blown concert at night, I loved it but another member of my groups would have enjoyed a pair of earplugs. Highly recommend!!!

Clearly, it is truly beautiful here. Day use, overnight camping spots & cabin rentals availble. Equipped to accomodate many campers with adequate parking for all who come to visit. They have a variety of trails to walk & hike, bathrooms with token taking showers, boat launch & a beach for lounging. As well the park is pet friendly. Their rates are reasonably priced for overnight stays. Definately worth checking out. Remember, no matter what you choose to do & where you choose to go..... Enjoy yourself! Have some fun!

This charming park boasts not only stunning views of Clean Lake but also a gurgling stream running through it. A well-designed walking path runs along the water, offering breathtaking views along the way. I loved it and look forward to visiting again.

A great place for a family vacation — the water is always warm. Our first visit was in May, and we loved it: the weather was comfortable, not too hot, and perfect for swimming. The second time we went in August, it was extremely hot — so hot that we ended up leaving early because it was impossible to be outside after 10 a.m. The only real downside is the heat in August. Overall, the location is very convenient. There are showers nearby (you can purchase tokens), restrooms with toilet paper, and everything you need. However, there is no soap in the bathrooms, which is quite inconvenient. Also, one day we bought shower tokens, but the shower didn’t work and wouldn’t accept them, so we couldn’t shower that day. There’s a store about 8 minutes away, but it mostly sells drinks and ice — not much food. Still, for a family getaway, I definitely recommend it. Very comfortable overall.

This park is beautiful. Walking on the trails along the water, and a long the wooden paths is a delight. We saw a multitude of wildlife in just a few hours. Take the time to walk around and explore the trails. The nature is completely worth it.

This is my 35 year coming to this Park and by far I was happy with arriving yet disappointed once inside by the camp site. Hydrilla and this green/red moss like film took over the lake behind our campsite. The WATER LEVELS are extremely low for summer conditions. Not to mention the little yellow star flowers with the dangerously sharp needles that could pop a tire were every where, and the geese droppings covering places where we walk through, Grounds keeping need to do a better job. Most importantly it doesn’t give families with young children anywhere on the bank to enjoy the experience. We had to literally go to COUNTY PARK just to see CLEAR WATER. Nonetheless I’m in hopes that something is done before our next trip to Maximize our experiences that we’ve shared from many many years.

Nice little park with picnic tables and clean restrooms. There are some trails but we did just a short one because it was too warm. The water had a lot of green algae but some people were swimming regardless.
