Rebecca and Robert (the lovely couple who manage the resort) are some of the best, kindest, most understanding and helpful people on Earth. My bestie and I were brand new to RVing in February 2025, this was the first place we stayed, and it could not be more perfect for newbies! The community is fantastic, loads of neighbors with massive amounts of experience who are more than willing to help out with any issues. The pool, clubhouse, and bathrooms are very well maintained and kept clean and tidy. As two women we felt very safe, during the 7 months we stayed and never once got any icky feelings. I cannot recommend this place enough, weather you are a seasoned pro or brand new to the lifestyle, this is *THE* place to stay!

As someone new to RVing I was definitely apprehensive because of all the unknowns but I absolutely lucked out by picking Clearwater RV Resort. Robert and Rebecca made the entire experience a joy, so helpful, friendly and positive. The location is hard to beat, and the spot we had in the community was ideal for someone starting out. Communicate with them about your particular needs and they will make recommendations. They are always improving their community center and though the showers and bathrooms do give me flashbacks to summer camp it is nostalgic, clean and well maintained. When the storms impacted the playground the community came together to raise funds for a new one with a community yard sale. I really enjoyed getting to know the neighbors and having experienced RV'ers that could guide us. As two women figuring things out we felt very safe, welcome and supported. I would recommend it as a starter location, return trip or long term stay.

Wow! You want to talk about how good God is! He led me and my family right here. So many trials and tribulations. So many distractions. I am so grateful to have found this place! Rebecca and her husband are such a joy and such a beautiful light in this world. I have never ever in my 41 years ever felt so at home as I do waking up this morning at my new residence here in the park. Thank God for you guys! Thank you Jesus for bringing me here! What an amazing place five stars across the board

The property manager Robert is rude and disrespectful. He is loud and tries to be intimidating and they refused to refund my money when I left after 9 days when I paid for 31. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place is a true trailer park, not an RV park.

My wife and I spent the month of April 2025 and had a wonderful experience. Robert and Rebecca were wonderful. The campers and the permanent residents around us were extremely friendly. Some nights we would have six or seven of us sitting on our patio. The pool was heated to Perfection and the laundry room has All new washers and dryers. The sites are Big.
