Rebecca and Robert (the lovely couple who manage the resort) are some of the best, kindest, most understanding and helpful people on Earth. My bestie and I were brand new to RVing in February 2025, this was the first place we stayed, and it could not be more perfect for newbies! The community is fantastic, loads of neighbors with massive amounts of experience who are more than willing to help out with any issues. The pool, clubhouse, and bathrooms are very well maintained and kept clean and tidy. As two women we felt very safe, during the 7 months we stayed and never once got any icky feelings. I cannot recommend this place enough, weather you are a seasoned pro or brand new to the lifestyle, this is *THE* place to stay!

As someone new to RVing I was definitely apprehensive because of all the unknowns but I absolutely lucked out by picking Clearwater RV Resort. Robert and Rebecca made the entire experience a joy, so helpful, friendly and positive. The location is hard to beat, and the spot we had in the community was ideal for someone starting out. Communicate with them about your particular needs and they will make recommendations. They are always improving their community center and though the showers and bathrooms do give me flashbacks to summer camp it is nostalgic, clean and well maintained. When the storms impacted the playground the community came together to raise funds for a new one with a community yard sale. I really enjoyed getting to know the neighbors and having experienced RV'ers that could guide us. As two women figuring things out we felt very safe, welcome and supported. I would recommend it as a starter location, return trip or long term stay.

Wow! You want to talk about how good God is! He led me and my family right here. So many trials and tribulations. So many distractions. I am so grateful to have found this place! Rebecca and her husband are such a joy and such a beautiful light in this world. I have never ever in my 41 years ever felt so at home as I do waking up this morning at my new residence here in the park. Thank God for you guys! Thank you Jesus for bringing me here! What an amazing place five stars across the board

The property manager Robert is rude and disrespectful. He is loud and tries to be intimidating and they refused to refund my money when I left after 9 days when I paid for 31. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place is a true trailer park, not an RV park.

My wife and I spent the month of April 2025 and had a wonderful experience. Robert and Rebecca were wonderful. The campers and the permanent residents around us were extremely friendly. Some nights we would have six or seven of us sitting on our patio. The pool was heated to Perfection and the laundry room has All new washers and dryers. The sites are Big.

We just left a 4 month stay. Rebecca and Robert are doing a fantastic job turning this beautiful park around. Adding more activities, cleaning it up and just making it a very enjoyable place to be. Lots of great friends. Can't wait to return next season. You absolutely can't beat the location

Wld not call this resort. But the management was welcoming and really nice. It was easy in and out. If you like no frills, close to paradise this is your spot!

We booked our stay in March of 2024 for our month stay in January 2025. We were told heated pool, no pets on our half of park and they had activities. Arrived 1-5-25 and found out they have No activities. On their website they still say they have lots of activities. They have a real nice Clubhouse, but too bad nobody uses it. Half the park must not be pet friendly anymore because we had two dogs behind us and two dogs next to us barking. The pool was not heated. They filled the propane the last week we were there and got the heater going. We finally used the pool the last 2 days we were there. The men's bath and shower room by the pool was out of order the whole month we were there. We booked site 91 but they moved us to site 99 right by the clubhouse. So we had to listen to people coming late in the evening to do laundry and slamming car doors. The only thing positive I can say about this is the location was great for us and the bike trails were close.

This is a lovely park with all the amenities. People are very friendly and feels very safe. I have family that comes and stays here every winter and they live it. I highly recommend!

Purchased a place for $45,000. Then Found out the next day there is a contract to sell😞😩…. Put everyone out of the park !!! No one knows when!!! And/ if it will sell !! Horrible feeling to know you can be kicked out anytime!!!! Very disappointed as it was a great place

We were lucky enough to get their last available spot for Christmas week. Tiffany was extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful. The site and park was clean and we had wonderful neighbors for our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area!

Pretty nice spot. The pool was great and they have a playground for the kids, dirty but my boy didn't mind. Most of the long term residents are nice, they even did a golf cart parade decorated for Christmas. One of our packages delivered to the office was taken by someone but the office put up a sign stating they would be reviewing the cameras to see who took that package. Next day it was returned to the mail room. Three days had passed between the taking and returning so we figured the sign did the trick. That is to say, be cautious about sending packages here (or go right as something is delivered) and the office staff was great in helping to recover our package. Good location to able to see a lot
