I made a online reservation for a water and electric sight. I arrived after closing and found the sight but the water was off . After talking to management the next day while driving they apologized and said it was there fault. I haven't seen my Daughter in 3 years and I had bedhead hair and no way to shave. They didn't give me a discount just said sorry. I will never come back They really don't care about people. There excuse was it got cold and so they had to turn it off. All I know is I am in a very nice park in Arkansas and there water is protected by a big 12" insulated post that's got a heat tape inside. So it's not that it can't be done they just wanted to take my money and not notify me. I would of stayed somewhere else or put water in my storage if they had just told me . It was raining and foggy and after parking in my assigned spot and finding out they turned it off it was to dangerous to move my 5th wheel.

Easy on/off. Narrow, treed access roads; for larger units use caution. Pull thru sites, some fhu, trees in all lower level spacious sites, upper loop a bit tight. Currently under renovations to meet KOA standards. Older clean bath houses (stains are from high iron content). Staff is excellent, great wifi, a little road noise, beautiful trees, easy booking, grocery and dining within 15 minutes or less

All around good campsite. Good amenities and peaceful. Make sure to bring extra water filters, the water is well water due to its location away from the loud freeway and traffic. Would definitely return.

We stayed at this KOA for over a month. The owners make you feel at home. And it was neat to see the great improvements that were happening while we were there.

This KOA does not offer a dump station. The only way to empty your tanks is to upgrade to full hooked up at $80 a nite. So that's what we did..because we needed to stop for the night. We were crammed in like sardines..we couldn't fully extend our awning our neighbor was so close. No fire ring at space 64 although that was advertised. We would have enjoyed that since we had firewood. The bathroom was clean, but sorely in need of upgrading. It's a beautiful property, but our stay left alot to be desired.
