Easy on/off. Narrow, treed access roads; for larger units use caution. Pull thru sites, some fhu, trees in all lower level spacious sites, upper loop a bit tight. Currently under renovations to meet KOA standards. Older clean bath houses (stains are from high iron content). Staff is excellent, great wifi, a little road noise, beautiful trees, easy booking, grocery and dining within 15 minutes or less

All around good campsite. Good amenities and peaceful. Make sure to bring extra water filters, the water is well water due to its location away from the loud freeway and traffic. Would definitely return.

This KOA does not offer a dump station. The only way to empty your tanks is to upgrade to full hooked up at $80 a nite. So that's what we did..because we needed to stop for the night. We were crammed in like sardines..we couldn't fully extend our awning our neighbor was so close. No fire ring at space 64 although that was advertised. We would have enjoyed that since we had firewood. The bathroom was clean, but sorely in need of upgrading. It's a beautiful property, but our stay left alot to be desired.

We needed an Rv site for 1 night. I called ahead of time and talked to Rachel. She thought they might have a spot and I asked if we could check in around 1:00. Rachel said check in was at 3:00 and that they charge $25.00 for early check in. The rate quoted was $72.00. For two hours early you pay about 1/3 of the daily rate. I said never mind we will move on down the road. Rachel said, I’m sure we can work with you. So we stopped at the office and I went in to talk to Rachel. I told her I wanted to use my KOA points to reduce the total amount. Rachel said I don’t have enough points, that I needed at least 20,000 points. I told her that I have 9050 points and I can use 6500 for $10.00 off the total amount. She said they don’t accept that. It is a KOA! So I turned around and headed out the door, and Rachel said wait, we don’t want to lose you. I said I’m sorry, I’m tired of playing your games! I felt like Rachel thought I was stupid and would just accept whatever she said. We went down the road, found a much nicer campground for less money and they were upfront about the cost. No games!! To the owner Yes, I’m sure I was at your park. I will never return!

We needed a place to stay one night while passing through on a road trip. The campground is going through transition to a KOA. The property is beautiful and feels secluded but is conveniently just off the interstate. The management was very welcoming. They were helpful in answering a question I emailed prior to our stay, and personally called us the day of arrival to make sure we would have what we needed for the kids. We stayed in a brand new cabin and were very comfortable. This was the perfect stop for an overnight rest, and with all of the improvements planned, this will make a great destination for longer stays. Thank you for having us Cloverdale KOA!

Stopped by this KOA to rest from our travels. Learned that this KOA was built in 1970 and has been out of the system for many years. NEW OWNERS bought it this spring. They are bringing this gem back to a level of service and qualities you expect to find at a KOA with numerous projects and improvements. Can’t wait to stop back again to see the progress. Cheering them on in their entrepreneurial adventure!

It is clear that this park is being restored, so we were not too disappointed. It still needs serious tlc to be at typical KOA standards. Give them a chance while they make the improvements as I'm sure they will appreciate the business.

Have camped here while traveling between CO and PA several times over the past 3 1/2 yrs. Will always stay here. The grounds and bathroom are neat, clean and beautiful. See deer almost every visit. Only ever stay the night but it is quiet and peaceful.

Owner was extremely rude and upon greeting us said, "hello brother". We are not "brothers". Showers smelled like hard metal and was orange colored. Signs on the property said there are cameras you can see and cameras you can't, kind of makes you worry. The owner also wanted us to pay for visitors that were only there for a minute. He will constantly patrol the area and give strange looks. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you like having a good time. This place used to be a nice stop, however, now it seems it is being ruled with an iron fist. Would rather stay in the Walmart parking lot.

I found Cloverdale RV Park to be a very nice, relaxing, quiet place to stay. I was only there one night, but the trees and grassy areas of the park were beautiful and well manicured. There were even deer to watch in the early morning. All hookups were in good shape and worked as expected. The park is quiet and easily accessible from the interstate. When I arrived in the afternoon the office was locked, but the sign on the door posted a phone number which when I called was answered quickly. The owner/manager came out and escorted me to my spot which is always nice when you have a 38' trailer! I will stay here again when in the area.

My 78 year old Mom and I stayed the night last night (2/23/2021) and we felt very safe. Anthony the owner is wonderful! We chatted for a while while checking in and he has a great sense of humor and you can tell he loves Jesus. I love that the park is well taken care….clean bathrooms too! We will definitely be back! This is our new “go to” campground!!

Great overnight stop. Helpful staff and site is long enough for our rig and tow. We will be vack!

I stayed here for three weeks just because it was so close to the job I was working. The owner is to be desired. I felt I was under scrutiny the ENTIRE time I was there. Almost to the point of stalking. I won’t be staying here again. And if you drink alcohol keep looking somewhere else to stay, he doesn’t allow it. He is definitely not an example of a Christian he claims to be. So if you stay here, good luck!!!!

One of our go to stopping points on the way West. Very friendly and helpful owners. Just let them know you need a satellite friendly spot and they'll fix you right up. 34 is good.

I stopped by for an overnight only. I was treated politely and the grounds are beautiful. They are well maintained and there were trails to walk my dogs on. I did not use the facilities. I felt safe and it was a lovely setting.
