We stayed for two nights in a compact but well-equipped cabin. Everything we needed was there, especially in the kitchen — it was neatly organized and fully stocked for up to four people, which made it very convenient for the two of us. We stayed in a pet-friendly unit with our dog, and although there was a bit of pet hair on the carpet and sofa from previous guests, we were still very grateful to have a place that welcomed dogs since most other units don’t allow them. We’re so happy to have made another beautiful memory with our dog here!

We stayed in the tiny home style cabins for two nights. First I’ll say that these are beautiful and modern inside but I would NOT recommend staying here with toddlers. We unfortunately had a full day of rain during our stay and with not much to do indoors in the Truckee area we had to stay at the cabin most of the day. The cabin is VERY small so spending time there with more than two people it’s very close quarters. If it were two feet wider and the loft ceilings were a foot taller it would have made it a lot easier to navigate with small kids. It was also very hard to accommodate a pack and play in both the loft and the main bedroom. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with kids under the age of 6 or 7. The loft stairs are also incredibly steep so if you have a little one on the move you need to barricade the stairs haha. I only say these things to warn families with littles that it’s not great for small kids! Overall it was a very nice stay and we enjoyed the fire pit both nights. The cabins come with a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and even a washer and dryer. The two negative notes I would mention are the heating system takes a LONG time to get going and when you arrive (if it’s a cold day) the cabin will be very cold for at least the first hour of your stay. Lastly, the shower water doesn’t get very hot which was weird because the sink water gets incredibly hot! Not sure if they have it capped at a lower temp but I would consider it warm not hot so if you’re a hot shower person this might disappoint! We would stay again—without kids haha

We stayed in the RV campground in mid September - overall a great experience. Cons: Limited number of toilets and showers, but we never had to wait. Perhaps due to less crowds in mid Sept. Summer could be challenging Pros: Love the filtered water available at bathrooms Complimentary Saturday Breakfast was over the top - Lox and bagel too boot! Lovely dog park once you find it! Campgrounds kept very clean Staff and team visible and available Appreciated the communication via text/email which we don’t see at many RV parks.

Overall we had a great experience. Check in was super easy. Tony cabin had a nice size shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Had a full kitchen that had a lot more than most air b n b homes provided to use. Had a washer and drier and they provided pods for it. We tried using the drier once and it wasn’t getting hot. They are closer than I thought to other tiny cabins but since we stayed Tue-Thur not many were rented and was pretty quiet. The fire pit outside was really nice. It’s in a great location right off the freeway and really only 10 min away from most of the best breweries and restaurants around. Front desk was very helpful as well. It is on the pricier side but in my opinion way more worth it than staying at a nice hotel. This would be perfect for anyone who has small kids. We didn’t use the upstairs at all but would be perfect for little ones. Would recommend this place to other families and friends.

Stumbled across this RV spot by chance because all campgrounds full in area..and so happy we did. Robert and Kitty were fantastic! Spot has lots of shaded spaces and a beautiful modern rustic club area. Bonus was an amazing free breakfast spread on Saturday..so good. The owners really go out of there way to create a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our stay (2 adults, 2 kids) in one of the cabin trailer-homes. They are well designed, clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Kids had fun with the loft, playing outdoors on the snow with other neighbor kids, and there's even a new playground near a stream. Only downside was a soft beeping noise that went on and off all night. Also, make sure to turn off the fans before going to sleep as they can be loud. Things will eventually start to break down with use, so we'll see how well they do maintenance over the years, but for now it's highly recommended for what it is.

This place was wonderful. When we walked in, everything was spotless, very clean and organized, everything ready to go. Our kids 3,5 and 6 loved having the upstairs area for themselves and is just such a beautiful and modern cabin. We will be back for sure!

Enjoyed our short stay in our trailer. Functioning hook ups. Club house and gym very nice. A hot tub would be so welcoming for those who like to stay and ski. Will definitely be coming back this winter season! Very reasonable cost too!

Cute little container home. It was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything looked new. The upper loft has a very low ceiling so be careful. Loved the heated bathroom floors. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap is provided. Beds were comfy. The heater worked well. Cute fire-pit out front. The clubhouse was big and fitness room was adequate. Easy check in and check out. 15 minutes to soda springs and super close to downtown Truckee. Great location! Highly recommended!

The campground is great! It has everything and it is close to everything! Highly recommended! Folks in the office are amazing — they tried their best to help us out with a big and bright smile! Huge thanks to you!! Last but not least, it comes with a wonderful club house where you can cook and do gym, with good WiFi signals!!! I’d definitely stay here when I visit Truckee/Tahoe in the future!!!

One of the cleanest RV Parks I’ve ever been to. Great scenery all around and very worth it. Looking forward to staying here again.

Beautiful RV campground. Very friendly people. Only 2 public restrooms, which included the showers. If someone was showering it took awhile to have a turn. Our spot was the most level we have ever had.

I could be a little critical of the space we had but we have a triple slide 32” in a back-in site so it’s understandable. Big fan of this campground. Dog area is a hike but it’s HUGE! That’s important to us. They are doing renovations to the landscaping and while it’s not complete it’s going to look great and I can appreciate the effort put into beautification. If we are in Truckee again it’s an easy choice to stay here again.

Very nice place but the RV spots are built to be in groups. Most spots have very small areas for personal space. I will only return if I can get one of the few personal spots or with a buddy.

Great location and quiet/peaceful! Very shaded which is nice in the warmer weather. Office/clubhouse is nice with a gym. Large dog park within a short walk. Would give 5 stars but there is only 2 showers in the entire park which probably gets hard to access when the park is full. Would be nice if they added more bathrooms with showers.
