I don't stay at Cocpah RV Park, but it looks very inviting and the lots are big. I visit and play golf there from time to time. The restaurant has excellent food. The people that work there are great! The swimming pool and hot tub looks very inviting, they have horseshoes and pickleball courts, and they have an office with an activities director. It would be nice if they had CORNHOLE events at the resort. The Golf Clubhouse is okay, plenty of reasonably priced golf balls golf shoes clothing etc. The grounds people are very friendly, overall the entire staff at Cocopah is very friendly, everybody likes to wave and say hello and wish you a good morning. The golf course is a little bit of disappointment, as to it's physical shape. Up till 3 months ago we (a group of 6 of us) played there a couple times a week and took a break when they were aerating and supposedly seeding the fairways. They water the course plenty, but the grass, the seeding, did not seem to take effect. There are large areas in all of the fairways that are completely Barren or just full of weeds. You hit a great Drive, it goes down the Fairway, & ends up with all kinds of mud on the ball, or you're in a patch of weeds & can't hit out of them. We adapted to this and decided if you hit in the weeds or in the mud that you could move the ball to a patch of grass (if you could find one) pick and clean & place nearest you. Now this course is really fun to play and hit the ball and it could be a great course if they just took care of the fairways. The greens are good, very consistent as far as play and putting from green to green. I'd really like to give this Resort five stars, but I can't because of the golf course condition. P.S. 3 months ago we talked to a fella who seemed to be the head groundskeeper. He was very excited about all the changes and work they were doing to make the course better, he was explaining to us how they were aerating and about how they had plans to reseed all the fairways. But apparently they forgot to seed or it just didn't take.

I cant rate "rooms" because most of the homes are owner occupied. But from experience as a new homeowner, this is one of the nicest 55+ communities you'll ever find. The staff are friendly and accommodating the restaurant food is excellent. You cant go wrong visiting or purchasing a home here at Cocopah!

Great place. Very large dog park. Spaces are quite large. They are gravel with concrete patio. All hook ups are good. Lots of golfing carts. They travel wrong way down one way streets. Be careful. Restaurant and cantina. Swimming pool is huge and hot tub also. This place was very nice. We stayed in our RV for 1 month. People are friendly. Highly recommend.

Great winter getaway for snowbirds. Affordable monthly rates (around $700 USD), lots of activities including golf, shuffle board, horseshoes, pickleball, billiards, bingo, crafts, woodworking, etc.. Nice full hookup, level sites for rv. Park just needs a more comprehensive communication pamphlet when you check-in.

We love our stays at Cocopah RV park. We are not golfers, but the greens are so nice to have. Great restaurant, cantina, activities, pickleball, pool, and hot tub. Shuffleboard too!! Nice people, great management, and lots of security.
