Great place. Very large dog park. Spaces are quite large. They are gravel with concrete patio. All hook ups are good. Lots of golfing carts. They travel wrong way down one way streets. Be careful. Restaurant and cantina. Swimming pool is huge and hot tub also. This place was very nice. We stayed in our RV for 1 month. People are friendly. Highly recommend.

Great winter getaway for snowbirds. Affordable monthly rates (around $700 USD), lots of activities including golf, shuffle board, horseshoes, pickleball, billiards, bingo, crafts, woodworking, etc.. Nice full hookup, level sites for rv. Park just needs a more comprehensive communication pamphlet when you check-in.

We love our stays at Cocopah RV park. We are not golfers, but the greens are so nice to have. Great restaurant, cantina, activities, pickleball, pool, and hot tub. Shuffleboard too!! Nice people, great management, and lots of security.

Great week long stay. Excellent amenities with a pool, tennis courts, dog park, gym, golf course…such a beautiful and well maintained place with pride. everyone there was so welcoming and lovely. I don’t think it’s officially 55+, but it seems to be the crowd. Kind, quiet, neighborly and clean people all call this home. Very affordable too. Close to everything. ~10-15 min drive away. What a pleasant and unexpectedly awesome stay (we ended up here due to a gps error. Sure glad we did).

Nice place and good price but the speeding vehicles are out of control. They have their own police force and security yet they do nothing to the disrespectful speeders. I’ve even seen their own employees speeding. It’s not that hard to go 15 mph. Not sure if we’ll return for next winter

Lets start with checkin. It was easy and streamline. Prepaid, so just had to wait for someone to show us our site. The guy who drove us to the site had me back in and then I saw that the sewer hookup was about 40 feet away. When I brought it to his attention, he said that sewer belonged to the slit behind me, which was a purchased year around site. After 30 minutes of dinking around with phone calls to the office, we were allowed to back up 1/2 on our site and 1/2 on the other site, so I could reach thchecking. Never did find our sewer hookup. This place is no where near the casino and you have a long, out of the way, road to travel to get there. Drove thru lots of agricultural farm land. The roads are very narrow and the angle of the parking sites go against the 1 way roads, so you end up driving the wrong way on roads to get out. Lastly, there are many large RV's here, meaning diesel pushers up to 45'. As you drive down these narrow roads, tree limbs are rubbing on the exterior, as you can't get off the roads very much because of the soft sod...so trim the tree limbs up so these 500k machines don't ruin their paint jobs.

Great pool and spa, at a good temperature when it's cold outside.Very nice and welcoming people met there. They don't have issues with kids, unlike the other campgrounds in the area...
