A very urban place, over a levee from town. Small, plenty of green shade trees. Hot in the summer I'm sure. A decent place for overnight stay but only real attraction is river fishing by boat. Probably mostly used by locals. Easy to find and access. It was quiet the night I stayed there but being in town means susceptible to noise, etc. For an overnight stop , it was acceptable.

$25 non electric site with water close by. Showers have token machines but they are disabled. Showers work without them. 1.3 mile uphill (steep grade) walk to the overlook.

Was a great experience, was able to stay the night close by, and BBQ'd our way.

This isn't the cleanest place to come to, but there are many different places to fish on the shore. There's a trail leading to a beachy fishing area on a bend. There is a fee for day use, camping, and boat ramp use. We paid $6 for the day use. Besides the active boats on the water, it's an enjoyable new fishing spot. It's not busy on land at all. There's plenty of parking in the month of April.

The lake is beautiful, really quiet you can rest well away from stress life, and the surrundings are not scary. This is a good place for families who want to go camping. Come visit and join us! Like my photo's Thank you very much πŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’ž

Just stayed here over night. Got no sleep. A stray retriever was wondering through the campground all night and could hear heavy breathing outside our tent. Next, morning the dog would not leave my husband and I alone. We packed up as quick as we could at 6am to head to Lake Tahoe.

Ranger, Gabriel, is awesome! The park was empty and we were able to get our 40’ 5th wheel into site #10! Bathrooms were cold so we took a shower in the rig. Water and electric was $45/night. A bit high, but if you are in to fishing it is right on the river and there is a boat launch.

Beautiful campground first come first serve basis. But, dirty bathroom walls. This is a very beautiful place very well maintained Greenlands. Just on hundred metre there is a Sacramento River very nice view early morning at the time of sunrise. Even otherwise this place is very beautiful . We spent two nights there in weekdays, there was not much rush. Camp host lady is also very helpful and nice. – Campground has toilet and showers separate for campers and separate for day users also. Though shower and toilet were working in proper condition ,toilet seat was very clean. But, toilet and shower rooms were very dirty ,lot of cob web, even outside of shower building lot of cobwebs. We requested the person there who was in charge for cleaning everything, he said we are cleaning and we are spraying several times each week. But, the reality is if he is cleaning and spraying that much cobweb cannot be there and the building cannot be so dirty. Therefore we request management to get bathroom shower building clean outside and inside. All facilities of grocery et cetera are within a mile from the camp ground. This is another plus point. We will visit and stay there again and again. You also must stay and visit there. Laba
