Pool is open after Labor Day and late which is great. M-T 9am to 10pm F-S 9am to 11pm. Each site has full hookups and a fire pit. They have laundry and across the street is a really good restaurant with giant pancakes and very good food. Silver dollar City is a mile away. The only downside was site 7 which we were camped next to. The owners may want to do a welfare check on these permanent residents. Dog feces were on and surrounding their site. It was obvious they never clean up after their dog. Trash was piled up next to the camper. Aboned pet carriers and cigarette butts all around. Other than that our stay was great.

My family and I have camped in Branson several times, but we’ve never been very satisfied with the campgrounds. This campground is by far our favorite! It was easy to find and easy to park our rig. Our site had electric, water, sewage, and cable TV hookups. We’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Compton Ridge RV Park! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean the entire park was — everything from the restrooms to the campsites was spotless and well-maintained. The pool was an absolute highlight — crystal clear, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You can tell they take great pride in keeping it in top condition. One of our favorite features was the gazebos on the sites — such a thoughtful touch! They provided the perfect shaded space to sit outside, enjoy meals, or just unwind. It made our campsite feel like a little private retreat. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Compton Ridge to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing RV park experience.

The contacts (possible owners) for Compton Ridge are extremely nice, welcoming, and flexible. The park has many full-time residents, but all were quiet/friendly/welcoming. The pool is well kept. We did not use the bath houses or laundry. It is a work in a progress for the new owners, but everything seems accessible. They have great parking for extra vehicles and provide dog bags for pickup. The location is great with a drive right to Ozark Mountain Pizza and Billy Gail's across the street and just down from SDC campground. There was leftover mess on the site with lots of old cigarette butts, old kid's happy meal toys, and an old water bottle etc (which was left more similar to some park-type campground sites that are self-serve). We could see that they were very busy trying to refurbish the overall property, so they may have missed cleaning up the site. Our biggest negative was the park size. The park is just too tight to comfortably park and pull through to leave a trailer anywhere nearby 40ft and 5th wheel height. The roads are narrow to leave, angles do not allow you to go out one of the other ways, and larger power lines are closer to the trailer than we would have liked on the way out too. Great location and stay for a trailer in the lower- mid 20s in length to us. The larger sites have plenty of room for the trailer, but getting in and out of the park roads is the issue that would keep up from returning.

NEW OWNERS!! Totally remodeled and revamped from my last visit. All new furniture, appliances, wifi 7, etc. beautiful little spot inbetween town and Silver Dollar City. Very impressed with the amenities and staff. Apparently they now offer extended stays in Compton Ridge proper, as well as the RV Park. If you are planning a trip to Branson, this is an awesome place to sleep.

Was this the best campground I have ever been to? No. Was it the worst? Also no. This park is very small and quiet. It's located very close to Silver Dollar City and an easy 10 minute drive to the strip. We were thankful to not have to pull our RV up and down some tight/steep mountain roads to get to some of the other campgrounds in town. The location really is it's main selling point. Now for the not so great things. This place is very rundown. The pool and bathrooms were as clean as they could be given how ancient they are. The pool is advertised as heated but I can assure you it was not this past week. The site we were on was a good size with a small picnic table that had a covering over it. Not all sites have a covered table but it was nice to have a place to keep things out of the rain. The very few people that we encountered were friendly. Majority of the people there were long term residents. For the week that we were there I don't believe a single other site had someone check in or out. This may not be a selling point for everyone, but this campground appeared to have zero children in it. It was nice not having a ton of kids running around and taking over the pool. There is wifi available but it is extremely slow. I had fantastic Verizon cell service at the site so there was no need for the wifi. No problems with the water, sewer and electric services. The concrete pad was very level and easy to park on. If you come here expecting a first class luxury campground you will be extremely disappointed. If you just want a safe and quiet place to park for a few days while enjoying Branson, this is a great option. Some of the residents told us that there's new owners and management in the park who have made some improvements this season. I really hope that they continue to invest in this park and keep improving it. There's not any one thing that needs an expensive major overhaul, just a lot of little things that could really improve the experience. We would consider coming back based primarily on its location.

Small RV park with small lodge close to Silver Dollar City. Making a reservation was simple and I was given good instruction on where to hook up and how to check. You check in at the resort next door, but since I knew that ahead of time it wasn’t a problem. There was a small mix-up with our spot when we got there but Theresa fixed it right away. Lots here range in size and have full hook-ups. Great location to be if your are going to Silver Dollar City. Billy Gail’s and Ozark Mountain Pizza are within walking distance and the lodge next door will deliver Hunts Brother Pizza to you as well. Full restrooms and shower’s available

I thought Branson was a magical place at Christmas, but when Branson Ridge announced they were going to be open during December, I knew this was the right decision for us. Maxine and the rest of the staff have been so awesome and fun to be around, I wish they could stay open for January and February. When we are in the area, we will definitely make this the resort of choice.

I loved my visit. if you are looking for fancy this may not be for you but if you are looking for a great camping experience this is the place. Connie and Eddie treated us like family and were very helpful. Facilities were older but clean and well maintained. Will be visiting again in the future.

Our family has stayed here more than once. Our big attraction is the deck & view. It is in an area that is very quiet & peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to everyone. It is also very convenient to Silver Dollar City.

This place is beyond amazing, with an amazing front desk lady. She was so helpful and kind for our stay. The water went out during our stay and they were very quick to fix it. The view is unbelievably Beautiful from your deck. If you are stopping here, this is definitely the place to stay. We loved it...💜

We stayed here for a week in October 2020 and it was great. Nobody bothered us. We had plenty of privacy. There was fresh towels left outside our door every morning. Any time we needed anything they were both eager to help. We felt very welcome and the bed was great! The very best part of our whole stay was that our dog was welcome. They weren't really friendly to him but you could tell he was welcome. When our tv wouldn't work they very quickly replaced it. I have to say it was very musty smelling but a candle took care of that's. I'm glad we chose Compton Ridge.
