I stayed in the solar panel covered spot for over a year. It's 805 per month plus electric. When it's said and done it's well over $1000 to stay here I think that a lot of money to live in an rv but the lady at the front desk doesn't think so. This gives you a very narrow spot, all gravel, surrounded on desert on three sides so it's VERY dusty. No AC in the laundry so in the summer it's unbearable to do laundry and $2.00 for wash and $2.00 to dry in the regular size machines. No dog park. There is a pool but it's small. You can get your mail, they will complain at the office if it weighs too much though. And, the moment I was thinking of moving somewhere else they filled my spot, didn't give me any time to make sure my other accommodations were going to be ok. Thank God they were.

This is a great place to spend some time, we came for two months but stayed after all six months. Staff was accommodating us with all our changes. They have wonderful gatherings. Taco night, pizza night, Saturday breakfast. Superpower party and much more. Excellent access to the highway and into town

After living in different RV parks around Tucson, I finally found my permanent spot! As a working Snowbird, it's very important to have a safe, secure, and convenient place to live for 7 months. Price is affordable and fair considering what RV parks in the area charge. Office is very friendly and helpful. It's nice having office folks in golf carts crusing the lot, maintaining and keeping it clean. Great place for a long stay or quick layover. Wanting to give an honest review, spots can be tight but not unmanageable. I'll be back in October when the mercury comes down again.

We stayed for two nights. Site was covered with gravel. Close to level. It had a picnic table. The staff is very friendly and professional. Lots of activities happening. Free, fresh donuts and coffee certain days of the week. The price was fair (around $45 a night). The bath house was a bit dated, yet clean. Great water pressure for showers! There is a laundry room, and while we did not use it, I am aware they will exchange bills for quarters in the office. Easy on and off I-10. There is a Dollar General within walking distance. Lots of stores and restaurants a short drive away. Davis-Monthan AFB is close by, as well as the Pima Air Museum...definitely worth checking out. Would stay here again if in the area.

Stayed for a little over a month. We enjoyed all the activities and community meals they offered. Office staff is friendly. The park is conveniently located near the dollar store, gas station, and the loop walking/biking trail though it is also near the air force base. Because of this, we did often have the loud jets flying over on nice days. The sites are a little tight but overall well maintained. The amenities were kept clean as well. We would definitely stay here again.
