I have been staying here for the past few months while working in Tucson and I really enjoy this place. Quiet, clean, park staff is constantly out picking up trash or raking the gravel. Chef Ben and Amy are wonderful people and the meals they provide for the community are delicious. Laundry room is a decent size. Worth every penny.

We spent a month here along with my two sisters and their dogs and triking friends. This place is just a block away from the loop, which is a paved bike path that connects to anywhere in the city. It is close to the Hwy 10, an active train track, and military jets overhead that shook the trailer and scared the dogs for a few days, but not the whole time. Noisy from those things otherwise quiet. It’s a graveled park. Not a lot of shade. Spaces are tight!! Facilities are clean always!! Many dog stations that provide dog bags that are always available. Didn’t use the pool. Nice patio with bbqs and tables and chairs. Hosted Super Bowl party, Valentine’s Day meal, taco Tuesdays which were all wonderful!! Staff are fantastic! They go out of their way to accommodate and provide activities and meal options. Highly recommend those events. Nice rec room with games and books. They also have a pool table. Morning coffee is great! Donuts twice a week, my husband loved!

We were stressed out and nowhere to go...rented an rv and thought we'd disperse camp until we realized we had no cooking or hot water capability due to some mechanical issues. Thank goodness for Crazy Horse RV campground! I think we got the last spot for the 2 nights we needed during the very busy Gem Show...SUPER FRIENDLY & ACCOMMODATING STAFF! Wonderful showers! Great Grills so we could actually cook, PET FRIENDLY! Wonderful & safe areas to walk our blind dog! Free coffee & pancakes Saturday morning... Easy drive to the shows! Only wish we could've stayed for the Super Bowl! They had amazing prizes they were giving away to guests! Big Shout Outs to Sarah & Dale, Amy & Ben, Matt, Dee & both Joe's! Your kindness was greatly appreciated! Thank you again, Terry, Ronda & DJ

We stayed at Crazy Horse for a few weeks in February. Cost was reasonable. The staff was kind, attentive and very responsive. Took us to our site and then made sure we had everything we needed. The restroom facilities were older but in good shape and the nice hot shower was heavenly after a long day of traveling. The pool was nice, clean and area in good shape. Wifi was sufficient with only the occasional interruption. They offered frequent daily activities in the clubhouse ie, Pizza night, Taco Tuesdays and other activities. Laundry facilities were nice and washers and dryers in good working order. Very nice mixture of snowbirds, permanent and short stay travelers here. Our site did not have a picnic table but several do. We travelled with a 30 ft 5th wheel, the space was sufficient to open 2 slides comfortably. All and all we enjoyed staying at Crazy Horse RV and would stay here again!

Amazing experience, last minute decision to stop for the day and Ben and Amy couldn’t have been more accommodating. Super Bowl part was under way but Ben took the time to help us secure the Last open spot. They had a catered party and raffle, the food was great and we won a prize!! What a great RV park and community. And the restroom and showers were sparkling clean too.

Most excellent place to get off the road for the night. Convenient to the interstate without any of the noise. No fuss, no hassle. Thanks for a very restful night!!

I stayed in the solar panel covered spot for over a year. It's 805 per month plus electric. When it's said and done it's well over $1000 to stay here I think that a lot of money to live in an rv but the lady at the front desk doesn't think so. This gives you a very narrow spot, all gravel, surrounded on desert on three sides so it's VERY dusty. No AC in the laundry so in the summer it's unbearable to do laundry and $2.00 for wash and $2.00 to dry in the regular size machines. No dog park. There is a pool but it's small. You can get your mail, they will complain at the office if it weighs too much though. And, the moment I was thinking of moving somewhere else they filled my spot, didn't give me any time to make sure my other accommodations were going to be ok. Thank God they were.

This is a great place to spend some time, we came for two months but stayed after all six months. Staff was accommodating us with all our changes. They have wonderful gatherings. Taco night, pizza night, Saturday breakfast. Superpower party and much more. Excellent access to the highway and into town

After living in different RV parks around Tucson, I finally found my permanent spot! As a working Snowbird, it's very important to have a safe, secure, and convenient place to live for 7 months. Price is affordable and fair considering what RV parks in the area charge. Office is very friendly and helpful. It's nice having office folks in golf carts crusing the lot, maintaining and keeping it clean. Great place for a long stay or quick layover. Wanting to give an honest review, spots can be tight but not unmanageable. I'll be back in October when the mercury comes down again.

We stayed for two nights. Site was covered with gravel. Close to level. It had a picnic table. The staff is very friendly and professional. Lots of activities happening. Free, fresh donuts and coffee certain days of the week. The price was fair (around $45 a night). The bath house was a bit dated, yet clean. Great water pressure for showers! There is a laundry room, and while we did not use it, I am aware they will exchange bills for quarters in the office. Easy on and off I-10. There is a Dollar General within walking distance. Lots of stores and restaurants a short drive away. Davis-Monthan AFB is close by, as well as the Pima Air Museum...definitely worth checking out. Would stay here again if in the area.

Stayed for a little over a month. We enjoyed all the activities and community meals they offered. Office staff is friendly. The park is conveniently located near the dollar store, gas station, and the loop walking/biking trail though it is also near the air force base. Because of this, we did often have the loud jets flying over on nice days. The sites are a little tight but overall well maintained. The amenities were kept clean as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This is such a nice RV park! It's close to the freeway but not so close as to be a noise problem. It is within walking distance to a Circle K, a Dollar Store, a city park and the Tucson Loop walking and biking tail. The park is well cared for and the hosts are friendly. The meals that are offered are exceptional! They're an affordable treat and a great asset to the park. I will definitely stay (and eat) here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crazy Horse RV Campground! We typically stay in one place for 3-4 days, but we ended up extending our stay a few times and spent 2 weeks here. Amy & Marci were so helpful in arranging our stay... Thank you! Everyone was super friendly ... staff & residents. There was free daily coffee, free donuts on Mondays & Fridays, and other meals available for a reasonable price a few days out of the week. They also have a lot of other activities like Bingo, Game Night, Billiards, etc. The showers were always clean and the water pressure is amazing! Laundry is also available, which is reasonably priced and super clean! We would highly recommend staying here!

We have had a wonderful experience staying in this park Jan-Feb and have already made our reservation for next winter. The office staff is amazing, friendly, and easy to work with. We find the park overall to be safe and quiet. There is some freeway noise but easy to ignore. The staff keeps the park very clean, the laundry is very nice, and the bathrooms are clean as well. The park is within 15-20 minutes of most Tucson attractions. We've stayed in all kinds of parks over the years and this will be the park we stay in while in Tucson for 2 months each winter.
