We regret booking this hotel. The property is poorly maintained and appears neglected by management. The stairs leading to our room were dirty, and the room itself was in unacceptable condition: stained walls, stained shower head and tub, stained flooring, dirty windows, and a TV that barely worked. Despite being a non-smoking room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When we requested a different room, the hotel refused to accommodate us. Spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else. We learned our lesson.

If you're looking for a place to star in a low-budget horror film, this inn delivers.
The room was disgustingly filthy. The smell of cigarettes was overpowering. The bed came complete with stained and ripped sheets, the blinds had years of dirt caked into every crevice, and the box fan had streamers of dust hanging from it. The floors were sticky. The bathroom was equally charming—no toilet paper, no soap, stained towels and a level of grime that suggested cleaning was considered optional. The coffee maker was also unwashed. The hallway lights flickered so badly that they appeared to be strobing.
At 1:00 a.m., I watched a woman outside my window sobbing and yelling through what appeared to be a very bad drug trip. The next morning, the same spot became the stage for someone openly smoking from a meth pipe.
I've stayed in roadside motels, campgrounds, and cabins in the middle of nowhere that felt like luxury resorts compared to this place. Stay literally anywhere else.

Staff are nice and helpful, but that's where the good things stop.
Do NOT stay here if you have children or are a female.
The main issue is safety.
- There are a lot of drugged-out people and homeless around the property.
- Don't expect to sleep until around 1-2am until the police show up and kick out the domestic that's happening beside you.
- The rooms are a bit dirty and are run down (live electrical wires, peeling bathtub, holes in the furniture)

There was a bullet hole in the room. The front desk guy was sleeping with a joint in his hand. There was ripped and stained bed sheets. The shower had a muddy look. The bed side table was broken to pieces and there were some delightful cockroaches in our beds too!

This hotel Should be condemned torn down and rebuilt. The floors are rotten The furniture looked like they got it off of the corner and threw it in there.  There were homeless people actively smoking drugs and knodding out while standing. When you walk into the room, the smell of cigarettes and Grossness hits you.
You can't breathe in the room, can't open a window and you can't leave your car without the real threat of somebody breaking into it. The management was trying to remove the homeless people and had his hands full. Apparently this used to be a decent place back in the day.

This place is not like it advertised. Definitely on the bottom of list for places to stay. The room was horrible with peeling paint on the walls. Worst of all night the water was ice cold that we couldnt even take a shower.

First time ever writing a review. This place is a horror show: scary with barbed wire fence around it. Room was beat up and the bathroom was disgusting. Bath/shower was stained, pealing and had smears of blue paint on it. Booked online and the picture was deceptive. The price of hotels in Anchorage is criminal.

Cramed nto a gravel parking lot in downtown Anchorage. If you want something decent you HAVE to camp outside Anchorage. We chose it because we were concerned about our early train departure, we should have just resigned ourselves to a very early wake up, since we barely slept anyway. It is located on a Very busy loud road. We asked to be parked as far away from the highway as possible. They accommodated. We were given the spot next to the large roll off dumpster. If your rig is large, the space will not accommodate your towing vehicle.
After a long day away from the site we returned to our site with another RV parked (no exaggeration here) Inches away from our toy hauler door. I was afraid we wouldn't be able to open it. We slept on the floor of our rig because opening the canvas tip out bed wouldn't create a sound barrier, and frankly, I was nervous! The campground manager was pleasant. The soap less, paper towel less lock less " bath house" did appear to be clean.

Don't stay here! This place is not safe. There were people asking me for rides to the liquor store, a guy passed out in the lobby, no extra lock on the door, no screens in the windows, moldy coffee maker & multiple holes in the walls. When I told them that I had 2 young children and didn't feel safe the night of arrival they said I'd have to wait until the next morning to talk to the manager. I then I asked if we could check out a day early and Crystal refused, yet rented the room to another person.

We were in Anchorage and needed full hookup and coin laundry, so we stayed here.
But quickly regretted it.

All night long there were sketchy people talking, yelling, smoking in the parking lot, car alarm was blasting, someone was walking around with boombox and I couldn’t sleep.
Bathroom was… dilapidated to say the least.
Door to the bath house (bathroom, shower, coin laundry) had broke key pad so I had to go to the office and ask staff to open up the door with their key EVERY time.
I don’t blame on the employees, they were nice and doing their job but owner needs to work on the property maintenance.

Great price for your buck with all the amenities. The guest may not be the best.However, this hotel is blessing the homeless by partnering with the municipality of anchorage, through the emergency cold weather program. May have rooms with kitchenettes,kitchen cabinets ,gull size fridge, microwaves,dressers,large table and small end tablenthey have available cookware and disposable items such as plates,utencils,cups and napkins,their rooms are spacious with a big bathtub with pull down shower heads,I love their modern cute fox foresty flower themed bedding rather than hotels with their bland old looking themes and free cable. I want to thank  a few employees who made great impressions.Marina for her personalized customer service and her humor! She's a joker 😉
She has made us feel like we are not just a number  and has gone above and beyond for myself,my 5 and 4 year old daughters and my bf and his son. Marina and Crystal are friendly and well they made our stay the best they could given my situation and their job guidelines/ restrictions.  Flo was very kind and great too! All 3 deserve a bonus just for their service and made it possible to recieve the higest review given all the poor stars i see.. It means alot to be treated by friendly welcoming staff, unlike most people who are grouchy,unhappy and and just very unfriendly and  unwelcoming .makes it uncomfortable. .again big shoutout to Marina whose the absolute best 😃
