What a gem! This hotel has excellent parking, very quiet, excellent staff, Doc’s food truck has great breakfast foods included in stay! The sun rise reflected in the mirror of my armoire! A lovely 20 minute walk to town offering a great view of the local architecture! I can’t say enough! A must stay here!!

My wife and I wanted a quiet place to stay from the noise of Cripple Creek and found this charming place. There is so much history here it's unreal. A beautiful, charming romantic QUIET place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming again. It was my wife's birthday on the day we arrived and the hostess, who greeted us with a warm smile, wished her a happy birthday. After coming back from a night out we found cookies, which were delicious and a birthday card from the staff. Made us feel very welcome and invited. Breakfast was a burrito stuffed with eggs, sausage, cheese and potatoes. Man it was good!! Plus yogurt, juice, coffee and a huge cinnamon roll. All in all, very happy with our stay.

A very unique property with interesting history and educational setup. I was curious about rumors of the place being haunted, but my wife, me and our two kids did not experience anything. Very quiet property with cool amenities and experiences. Service was fantastic from greeting to breakfast and farewell the following morning.

This place was a gem! My kids, ages 8 and 11, were fascinated with the history and antiques. We only stayed one night as we passed through Cripple Creek. The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious. The lady working was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is amazing. First off, very affordable. From there... antiques galore, historic building, wild donkeys visit the property on occasion (see photo), excellent staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, good coffee and breakfast. Make sure you give yourself time to just hang out on the porch for a bit.

Easy to see why this is the top rated hotel in Cripple Creek - it was a quality experience from start to finish. Mike and Rachel are the perfect hosts, the facility is historically fascinating and very well taken care of, our room (Physician) was immaculate, just can't say enough good things about this place. And let's not forget Liz in the breakfast truck, she was awesome! We live close by in Canon City, and we've already decided to make this place a regular part of our summer adventures.......

If I could give this place 15 stars, I would. It’s a 1901 hospital that’s been converted to an unusual B&B. The entire place is full of antiques from the early 1900’s, including some medical equipment from that period. Super super cool!! 20 years from now, you’ll never remember that Holiday Inn Express you stayed at, but you’ll definitely remember this place!

Great place! The owners are just great people, since they saw the value of such a beautiful historical building, renovated it and also allowed other people to see this beauty. Incredible! Immersion in another century! The rooms are clean, the hotel itself is clean. There are wonderful places to relax inside on the veranda. It was so nice when on Monday one of the employees, a lady laid breakfast for us and put very tasty buns (danish roll) with cinnamon. We really liked all the receptionists, everyone was polite, responsive, always tried to help. Really liked the girl who met us upon check-in. The nature in Colorado is very beautiful! This place is quiet, helps to relax. Very fresh air. Thank you very much, dear staff and owners of the Cripple Creek Hotel. Sincerely, Alexander and Elena

My husband and I recently had a little getaway at the Hospitality House and to say we were impressed would be an understatement. EVERYTHING and EVERYONE there was amazing. Great customer service and the feeling of making you feel at home in this beautiful historic place. We 💯 would recommend this place to anyone wanting to just get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!

A very interesting place to stay. It used to be a hospital back in the day. Being in the medical field I found this to be quite interesting, there was also a lot of old wheel chairs and equipment from back in the day. All the rooms are unique from each other and had medical theme. We were in Recovery. The staff are very nice and friendly. They explained important things about our stay. Our stay included a $7 credit per person per night for breakfast at Doc's. We had the breakfast burrito. There is a small gift shop by check-in. If you are a light sleeper, you may need to bring a eye mask and earplugs. There is a stained glass window above the door to your room so the light from the hall gets into the room so it may not be dark enough. Also the fan in the bathroom is super loud and you can hear it from another room. I could also hear someone loudly snoring, and when people were walking up and down the stairs. The room was initially a bit cold, but then got quite warm. You might want to call directly and have them help you pick a room that may be a better fit (like away from the staircase, etc), from my interaction at check-in I feel like they wouldn't mind helping you pick specific room.

Staying overnight here is part of our Christmas tradition to go to the Butte Theater and see the Christmas melodrama. We love staying here and have done it for probably the last 10 years with our grandchildren. They love it here also. We love the old Victorian charm and the friendliness and conscientiousness of the staff. Plus, the breakfast served as part of your stay, by Docs Is delicious and their staff is also so considerate.

The staff is awesome! Everyone made you feel so welcome & their attitudes & smiles are contagious. If you love history or antiques, you will be in awe of your surroundings. Again the staff took time to answer our many questions of this historic hospital and it’s rescue and restoration to guest house & RV park. The rooms are artfully decorated with antiques creating a unique, peaceful time of a bygone era. The food truck prepared & delivered a “delicious” breakfast that is included. (So tasty & filling). In the morning, after a night of snow, we found the staff shoveled a path to both doors of our car…above & beyond…Truly, The “Hospitality House.” When visiting Cripple Creek, booking your stay here will be creating memories not forgotten.

This is the only place we stay, last year we came 3 times! The staff go above and beyond and treat you like family! The rooms are always clean and so homey and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious with a generous variety to choose from! We will remain loyal customers ❤️

Amazing service! Informative and helpful staff. The owners made special accommodations for us as their was as Issue with the booking site. I did not expect this! So added bonus! Room was beautiful. Very unique. Inside of the historic original hospital of Teller county. It’s like staying in a high end museum. ( convinced it’s haunted) The hotel delivered free breakfast which was very good as well!

Amazing historical hospital converted into a hotel. The owners and staff are friendly and the property is beautiful. There are really cool artifacts and breakfast is included. Gari's kitchen served up obviously homemade biscuits and gravy. The rooms are all different and opened in the morning to explore. We will definitely be coming back here!
