Wayne is rude to deal with. I would not recommend staying here.

One of the most safest and secure parks I have been in. Bathrooms and showers are kept clean, with a security code to enter, which I appreciate! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! They keep the grounds clean, and mowed. The highway is busy, but at night slows down. Quiet time is at 10 p.m. so no loud parties. Haven't seen any problems with theft or drugs. Like I said, it's out in the country, over looking hills and country side. Really close to 3 lakes. I have used the walking path, it's beautiful with a fishing pond. There's basketball area and swings play area for kids! This is a wonderful place to stay, short or long term!

First, this is listed as an Escapees discount park, which it's not. I don't see that as the fault of Crossroads, though, as they did quit membership 10 years ago when the current owners bought it. $36 with Good Sam discount is still high, given that the restrooms are broken. This is basically a park for long-term RVers. It needs work, is rather crowded and noisy next to the highway. There is a walking path (looks like maybe a Rails to Trails) just a short walk away that we didn't have time to take advantage of.

Absolutely no maintenance done in park. Don’t plan on having kids to take to school or a job to go to in the winter if you want to live here. You cannot exit or enter the park the whole month of January so make sure you plan accordingly

If I could give it 10 stars I would! Wonderful family owned RV park with super nice people. Has everything you could ever want, pull through sites, shower, bathroom, laundry area and propane refill. It’s about a mile from Lyndon and 20 min from Topeka so you’re in the perfect spot. Will definitely be staying there if we make our way in that area again. No issues whatsoever. If you’re a pipeline family definitely stay here. Highly recommend
