Wayne is rude to deal with. I would not recommend staying here.

One of the most safest and secure parks I have been in. Bathrooms and showers are kept clean, with a security code to enter, which I appreciate! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! They keep the grounds clean, and mowed. The highway is busy, but at night slows down. Quiet time is at 10 p.m. so no loud parties. Haven't seen any problems with theft or drugs. Like I said, it's out in the country, over looking hills and country side. Really close to 3 lakes. I have used the walking path, it's beautiful with a fishing pond. There's basketball area and swings play area for kids! This is a wonderful place to stay, short or long term!

First, this is listed as an Escapees discount park, which it's not. I don't see that as the fault of Crossroads, though, as they did quit membership 10 years ago when the current owners bought it. $36 with Good Sam discount is still high, given that the restrooms are broken. This is basically a park for long-term RVers. It needs work, is rather crowded and noisy next to the highway. There is a walking path (looks like maybe a Rails to Trails) just a short walk away that we didn't have time to take advantage of.

Absolutely no maintenance done in park. Don’t plan on having kids to take to school or a job to go to in the winter if you want to live here. You cannot exit or enter the park the whole month of January so make sure you plan accordingly

If I could give it 10 stars I would! Wonderful family owned RV park with super nice people. Has everything you could ever want, pull through sites, shower, bathroom, laundry area and propane refill. It’s about a mile from Lyndon and 20 min from Topeka so you’re in the perfect spot. Will definitely be staying there if we make our way in that area again. No issues whatsoever. If you’re a pipeline family definitely stay here. Highly recommend

No reason to bring your tank here to get it filled anymore. They will no longer fill small propane tanks because the employee says he is scared to fill them. I have come here numerous times over the past 10 years to fill the tank on my Weber grill but yesterday the guy told me he was scared of filling propane tanks so I would have to go elsewhere. I was just trying to do business locally but I guess I will have to take my tank to Tractor Supply where they are not as scared.

I got my propane filled here. A very honest businessman and a decent price.

2.5 stars is the rating this place should recieve. Camping and Lodging 5 stars all day. Now for the manager. 1st off, hes lucky my mama dont whip 'em. My gam gram would have turned him inside out and i know gramps would have taken you behind the wood shed. Jan 6th i watched a female get out of a car and apparently request for propane bottles to be filled. There are requirements with certifications to fill them by the way. I question his. NOT RELEASING OR "PURGING" the valve once the tank is full potentially makes the tank a time bomb. Number two. This young female whom was about 7+ months pregnant and was the size of the propane bottles small was left to carry them to her vehicle her self. Yes 100% i agree not necessarily his job but he would expect you to assist his wife im sure. Locals have other places to go. Crosswinds, known you folks a long many years. This really saddened me.

Do not waste your money with propane bottle exchanges at Dollar General's, hardware stores, and Casey's General Stores. Unless there is an emergency. Instead, fill your propane bottles at Cross roads RV Park an Propane Refill. There is a distinct difference in price to your benefit.

Stayed here four times over last several years. Friendly staff, efficient reservation and payment systems. Propane on site. Trees need trimming, difficult to exit sites. Nice spacious, clean laundry. Only 3 washers and 3 dryers considering park is full due to local temporary workers. One washer and one dryer not working well, same issue last two times we were here. We'll definitely come back due to great location, easy access to US 75 and accommodating staff.
