I have to start off by saying that if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful campground- this is not it. We had groups on either side of us who were LOUD, well past “quiet hours”. Screaming kids running around, and loud drunk adults. Drunk to the point where they went to all neighboring sites and invited us all to hang out with them. If I was looking to stay up til midnight, drink, and chitchat, it would have been a blast! But I was a bit disappointed as we were really hoping for a relaxing stay. Staff never seemed to drive by to enforce quiet hours that night. I can see how it can be a great campground to stay at if you’re looking to have some family fun with a large group. While I didn’t use the amenities, they had a rec center with arcade games, a pool, and a little mini golf. Our site was gorgeous since it was right on the river, but the sites were cramped together like sardines. There was absolutely no privacy, especially with the loud groups on either side of us. There was a portapotty nearby which was convenient. They did have a real bathroom and shower, but it’s a bit of a far walk if you’re staying by the river. I would consider staying again if I was in a group, otherwise it’s not worth the trip for the two of us looking to relax and unwind at the end of the week.

These people are awful. I had a family emergency come up and gave them over a weeks notice of my cancellation and they kept all my money. Refused to give anything back. They are absolutely heartless and the worst!!!

Great new management here, Todd set us up with water & lent us a long hose so we could set for the week.., great location! Sugar river flows right through the property! Love it here!

Great week of camping!! We’ve done a father/son trip here for 5 years now and it’s a great way to disconnect. New owners as of this year and already making some upgrades including an arcade in the barn and site renovations, and bathrooms/showers are kept very clean. Weather is the x-factor, but if it holds out it is truly a great way to relax, and Lake/Mt. Sunapee/Adventure Park is only a short drive away. Grocery store and all amenities are within five minutes downtown, you get the best of both worlds. Thanks again!

Great option for younger kids. Well kept grounds. Pool, mini-golf, and small pavilion area with an arcade. Just the right amount of entertainment. Some of the tent sites are pretty small. Seasonal renters are friendly. Staff was great. Good location: it's only about a 15 minute drive to decent hiking and Lake Sunapee.
