This has been the best rv park so far I have ever been to. It has plenty of washers and dryers, shower rooms and bathrooms.. the people are so friendly.. lots of events going on through out the month..I was really surprised how nice it is.

This Rv park is in a pretty good location. We stayed here for work and it’s only about 10-15 mins from town. I would have to leave a pretty bad review on the ownership..I had the pleasure of encountering one of the owners and she was very rude and disrespectful. She came to tell me we had a complaint about our dog. I said ok what’s the issue, she began to tell me that he was acting aggressive towards another dog. I told her that’s is not at all what I encountered that day. Another dog was barking at my dog therefore he barked back. She was the rudest owner I have encountered so far. I told her she could discuss it further with my boyfriend. I would also say the dog park is not big enough and should have been built way better. There is a large opening right at the entrance and any dog can easily escape.

Stayed for a weekend in June 2024. The park is easy to get to and the roads thru the park are nice and wide. The concrete pads include a concrete patio area which is very nice! And the sites are a nice distance apart too. The park is mostly full-timers so it’s pretty quiet. The biggest cons for us are the location of the park and they really needed to mow (we saw one full-time resident mowing his own site). At $50 per night (plus $15 online booking fee), it’s a pretty good deal - especially for a pull-through! We will probably choose a different location the next time we’re in Victoria mostly due to the park’s location.

Staff is extremely friendly. They keep the grounds cleaned and well maintained. There’s a small dog park, community building, and laundry and shower room. Some sites have some nice shade trees, but others are out in the open. Spots are decently size with a concrete pad and a small picnic table. It’s close to the small H‑E‑B and Walmart, but is a 10 minute drive to the newer locations. Would definitely stay here again!
