Very Clean with Very Helpful Staff when we arrived late in the evening and found another patron's vehicle parked in our reserved spot. Heading back for another overnight soon!

Nice park, easy to get to, not far from highway, reasonable rate. Park itself looked clean and well maintained.

I just stayed one night. I chose it by luck. I didn’t know what to expect. But the RV camp ground was great. Very clean and well kept. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a very nice RV part. We use it as a one night stay whenever we’re traveling from the Sherman or Dallas Texas area to Port Aransas or Corpus Christi area. We have found they always have a pull through site available. We are in a 36 ft Class A motorhome, with a flat tow vehicle behind, and the long pull through site makes it super easy for a no unhook overnight stay. It is a bit tight navigating the turn from the entrance/check-in area to the back row where the pull through are. It’s a bit tight but we make it with no problem. A 45 foot motorhome with a tow vehicle may find it a bit tougher making the first two turns, but with a little planning, should be doable. There is a huge public park across the road, in front of the RV park. That’s a huge plus for us, we take our dog over after we arrive, and let her run off leash while we throw the ball and let it work off a little energy. The park is very well kept, very neat. The park is on the edge of Victoria, so access to shop and attractions and facilities is a bit limited - just something to consider.

Park has good paved roads and concrete pads! (Shame on Victoria city road maintenance) Spacious clean grassy dog park! Quiet and serene! 4/16/25 stay in ClassC.

This has been the best rv park so far I have ever been to. It has plenty of washers and dryers, shower rooms and bathrooms.. the people are so friendly.. lots of events going on through out the month..I was really surprised how nice it is.

This Rv park is in a pretty good location. We stayed here for work and it’s only about 10-15 mins from town. I would have to leave a pretty bad review on the ownership..I had the pleasure of encountering one of the owners and she was very rude and disrespectful. She came to tell me we had a complaint about our dog. I said ok what’s the issue, she began to tell me that he was acting aggressive towards another dog. I told her that’s is not at all what I encountered that day. Another dog was barking at my dog therefore he barked back. She was the rudest owner I have encountered so far. I told her she could discuss it further with my boyfriend. I would also say the dog park is not big enough and should have been built way better. There is a large opening right at the entrance and any dog can easily escape.

Stayed for a weekend in June 2024. The park is easy to get to and the roads thru the park are nice and wide. The concrete pads include a concrete patio area which is very nice! And the sites are a nice distance apart too. The park is mostly full-timers so it’s pretty quiet. The biggest cons for us are the location of the park and they really needed to mow (we saw one full-time resident mowing his own site). At $50 per night (plus $15 online booking fee), it’s a pretty good deal - especially for a pull-through! We will probably choose a different location the next time we’re in Victoria mostly due to the park’s location.

Staff is extremely friendly. They keep the grounds cleaned and well maintained. There’s a small dog park, community building, and laundry and shower room. Some sites have some nice shade trees, but others are out in the open. Spots are decently size with a concrete pad and a small picnic table. It’s close to the small H‑E‑B and Walmart, but is a 10 minute drive to the newer locations. Would definitely stay here again!
