Great location, close to mountain trails and highways. The noise isn't too bad at all. They are about the same price as other similar places in the area. A few additional perks include the proximity of various amenities: the Lifetime gym is just 8 minutes away, Whole Foods is 6 minutes away, and a car wash is conveniently located 3 minutes away. There are many restaurants nearby, along with some cool bars. Overall, this RV park is one of my favorites. Oh, and Amazon delivers here very quickly. Considering all the perks of this RV park, I highly recommend staying here for both short and long stays.

I'll go ahead and warn you cause the owners are aware but dont tell you. The bar across the street is SO LOUD. They play terrible music until 10pm every day and once that stops the motorcycles start revving their engines. You will get little to no sleep here. I even asked the front desk after the first night how long the music goes on for and the lady shameless said until 10pm. They just don't tell you this when you book. The wifi did not work. The restrooms were closed for cleaning for more than 3 hours a day. They padlock the dumpster for some reason at night. Also they charge $5/ per day FOR EACH CHILD. We paid over $300 for off season for three nights and it was one of the worst experiences at an RV park I've ever had. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They turned us away because my Van wasn’t pretty enough or converted enough? Don’t waste your money on these turned up noses of a so called RV Park operators. We have travel from coast to coast and have never been turned away because they had to view Photos of our van pre reservation! What a shame!

Very nice city RV park. Close to Denver, Red Rocks and day trips to the mountains. Spots are close together (as you would expect) but level and full hook ups. There are many back in as well as pull through sites. There is a small pool and laundry on site. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is also access to a nice trail. There is evidence of some deferred maintenance and the park is very full (summer). There is also some road noise, some noise from nearby industry, and noise from live music at two nearby bars/restaurants. Overall a very good stay though.

Conveniently located near Denver but still far enough away from the chaos. Nice clean amenities- laundry, bath house, pool, club house. 4 stars due to the layout of pull-throughs- you open up and share a common area with your neighbor. I think the new owners are taking pride in their campground and making improvements as they can. It is across the street from a Biker bar so plan on loud live bands. We enjoyed sitting out and listening to them.

We strongly advise staying away from this RV resort under its current management. What was once a pleasant destination has taken a sharp decline since a new couple took over. We were asked to leave simply for raising legitimate concerns about the deteriorating conditions—concerns any paying guest would reasonably have. Last year, we were referred to this park by their sister location in Estes, CO and had a great experience. Naturally, we returned this year, only to be shocked by the state of disrepair and rude, unprofessional behavior from the new managers. Here are the facts: First issue: Upon arrival, we were placed in a shared common area. We requested a change, which they allowed, but things quickly went downhill. Internet issues: After setting up, I called the office to ask about the non-working Wi-Fi. I was told it was “spotty” and “sometimes doesn’t work”—something they failed to mention at check-in. They rebooted the router, and we managed to connect, but it was unreliable. Sewage hookup problem: The sewer connection was installed so low that attaching our cap was nearly impossible. The manager's “solution”? Pile some rocks around it. The result? A leaking sewer line all night with an overwhelming bio-smell. Flooding issue: The water pipe in the adjacent RV slot was leaking badly and flooding our area. The manager said he needed the other RV to vacate before fixing it. When they left the next morning, we reminded him—but he never returned. By mid-afternoon, water was pooling, and mosquitos were becoming a serious problem. When my wife went to the office at 3 p.m. to ask for an update, the manager’s wife exploded in anger, accusing us of complaining too much—and told us to leave immediately. Let’s be clear: we didn’t “complain”—we simply pointed out basic infrastructure failures: Wi-Fi, sewage, and water. All things you expect when paying for a resort that claims to offer them. 👉 If you're considering staying here, don’t be fooled by past reviews. Things have drastically changed. Unless you're willing to pay full price for broken amenities and hostile treatment, avoid this RV park at all costs.

We are going on 3 weeks of staying here, and it is absolutely amazing. The staff is all very friendly, and they do a great job at keeping up with the park. I have 2 young children and they have really enjoyed being here also. Maybe we are on a good side of the park because the music from the biker bar is not overpowering and we have no issues with the warehouse. 10/10 love it here!

Warning: there's a bikers bar directly across the street. So if you are not into loud booming music and revving motorcycles don't come here. All afternoon and evening. And they parked us in a site closest to that venue. Also, no dog park. The only dog walking area has a sign that says beware of rattle snakes.

Let’s start with the bar. A simple google maps search will have you prepared for the music; The bands that play on the weekends aren’t bad and they wrap up by 10PM. Very clean park and well managed. The employees are happy to help with anything you may need. Trash pick up, propane fill onsite, clean showers, and a laundry room with machines that actually work (IYKYK.) The clubhouse had some coloring books and crayons/markers for the kids, as well as DVDs you could sign out and little “leave one take one” book shelf too. They even had a fun little scavenger hunt that my nephews LOVED! After they finished they got to pick a fun prize from a cute treasure chest! The overlook trail right in the park was a fun like trek for the family too, and very convenient to have that there when the nephews wanted to “go explorin’.” There was even the cutest little coffee station for the guests! A very thoughtful touch! Definitely don’t miss out on a stay here, and be sure to bring your pup to the office to let Liz spoil them with treats!

Worst site in 40 years of camping - bright lights and noise from the warehouse directly below us where the back of our lot dropped off about 15’, neighboring sewer line emptied directly beside our picnic table, so unlevel we were not able to safely enter camper. We left a day early and found a safe spot. This one should be condemned and anyone having to stay there should be refunded.

My husband and I stayed here for about a week in September and really enjoyed our stay. We are traveling full time in a Class C RV with no tow vehicle. One of the greatest things about the park is the walking trail within the park that led to Tin Cup Ridge trail. You can also access this trail from the parking lot of Wrigley's Chicago Bar and Grill (I'd recommend them for lunch as well!) Check in was easy, the staff is friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Yes, there is a bar across the street, but the music stopped at 10pm and it really wasn't that loud. People also mention that spaces are tight, but we were fine in our 30ft. We would stay here again!

We stayed a couple of weeks and had everything we needed. The staff are particularly friendly and the park is clean and well kept. We particularly enjoyed a good level concrete pad after months on gravel in other sites in Colorado! Yes there is a biker bar across the road which we found entertaining and they serve a good pub meal. I recommend a visit. Main cons were that the sites are a very narrow and there is a fair bit of road noise from Colfax. Our site A06 - we had a good bit of space compared to other sites - but most sites had basically no room to sit outside your camper and enjoy. On the whole a pleasant stay and a great location to visit Golden and Denver. Good value for money. We will come back if in the area.

Lost all of my deposit because a music venue my family was to see cancelled due to Covid-19. We can not make the rescheduled date, and I called to cancel and was told we would lose the whole deposit. My suggestion to others - do not book this camp ground early. Wait until a few weeks before or you may lose your deposit- which is 1/2 of what you owe. This is the first campground I have had this experience with.

Nice large lots, most pull thru. Large laundry facilities & Showers. Loved having the mountain to explore. Nice pet stations with grass and bags provided. Too bad some people neglected to clean up after their pet. Very convenient to Colorado Mills, restaurants and the town of Evergreen. Loved the drive to Evergreen! The staff is very nice and has a presence throughout the park. We loved it!!

Very nice RV Park. Concrete pads and they have the spots arranged so your door is not facing neighbors hookups. Very well kept. Staff is great 👍 I just wish more RV Parks were like this. Highly recommend.
