Probably the one of the nicest in the area off the highway. We stopped in on our way through TX. It's a much nicer park than many of the others in the area. Pretty modern. Showers clean, staff is outstanding, well maintained. In the fall a fair number of longer term residents. Not a lot of highway noise. Staff called when weught not show up by 6pm, super helpful. We work remotely and know better than to depend on campground wifi. This rings true herenat this location. Despite great wifi signal, router was non-responsive to joining the network in theeving, regardless of device or park location. This cleared up in the AM and I saw download speeds exceeding 500Gb. Many units had starlink and this is what we used during the day/evening.

Great people, great place. Clean showers. Nice playground for the littles. Fishing. Nice sized sites. Pretty good WiFi! Very good for a camp. Traffic on I30 outside Dallas wasn't fun for those of us not accustomed to it but so far, so good. Close to the highway but highway noise? Little to none.

Nice campground, lots of kids and family fun. year around people here as well. They have all the amenities and it’s pretty well maintained.

We had a great time in one of the cabins that hung over the lake! Our family of 5, plus a dog, enjoyed the porch swing, and the kiddos loved exploring around the lake and the playground. You should know that behind the cabin is a small firepit with an old (and slightly broken) picnic table. Bring your own camp chairs, and you should be fine. The campground owners were very sweet, and we are looking forward to coming back!

We had a good time here very friendly and great service. The women at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our truck broke down and we were stranded. Needed to move sites midweek for the weekend and she found someone to help. Thanks for a very pleasant stay during a difficult time.

Awesome site for a family to get away. My brother and I are riding our bikes across country and found out it’s hard to find just a campground.. this place was very accommodating, even had some spare wood to make a campfire, They have cabins next to the pond where you can catch and release fish, Rv hook ups and various spots to stay The showers/bathrooms were clean and the water was hot! If we are traveling and wanted to stay for a week, this is one incredible place to make some great memories!

This is a very nice campground. Bath and showers clean. Really nice playground and pool. But the people that own and work at this place were the best. So nice and friendly

Okay park. Tons of potential to be a wonderful destination. Sites are very tight unless you can get a spot in the “L” section. This is a good park for a couple nights if traveling through the area. As noted by others the WiFi is pretty much non existent. The Verizon signal was very good. Water pressure good. All amenities were good as advertised. Employees were nice. Not much of a sense of community for as many full timers they have there. Seemed like 80% of the park was full of either seasonal or residents. Good experience overall.

Amazing KOA under new management! My family and I stay here full time while our house is being built and are pleased because it has all the amenities and necessities. On site laundry, bathrooms, showers, fishing pond, cabins, kids swing set, pool and basket all hoop. It's also in close proximity to major towns with all shopping and leisure needs. Would definitely recommend. Prices are fair and reasonable too.
