Gorgeous Park and campground that we've visited many times. The lake is beautiful. Camp sites are nice. They have electric but the downfall is no water which is very inconvenient. The bathrooms definitely need work. The men's showers have actual doors and benches to put your stuff on while in shower...the womens however have only shower curtains with no doors on stall, no hooks to hang anything and no benches to put your stuff on. Also the shower heads need improved...they literally shoot out full force towards curtain flooding outside floor and everything around.

Small state park with a lake and camp sites. The lake has a beach area that is officially closed for the season. However kayaking and paddle boarding has been opportunistic tbis past week. The trails are moderate and provide a beautiful scenery up and down the terrain.

Nice camping areas right off the lake. rustic cabins are nice and affordable.was able to launch and retrieve my canoe right from campsite and leave it ready to launch my whole trip. Lake is also nice. With only electric motors allowed.

Took my son kayaking for his first time and we had a blast. Beautiful lake with a small beach, roped off swimming area, fishing dock, and boat ramp. Park rangers were very friendly and made sure we had all necessary permits. We will definitely be back!

Very nice beach area. Lots of parking. They have a nice bathroom with showers (hot water ❤️) located near the beach area. Everything was clean, even with a lot of people there. Numerous picnic tables and grills. You can rent kayaks and row boats $35 from 10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. and NO motorized boats allowed to prevent contamination in the water. Soft sand and perfect water depth. WILL be returning

Spontaneously booked campsite F16 on the day of on a Thursday and was very pleased with all campsites along F loop, which all seem booked on weekends. Lovely views and peaceful morning. Clean bathroom (did not see bathhouse for showers)

It was a great hike...got a little lost, but the folks there put 'ties' on trees to help get you back on track.

Big beautiful trees!!! Great spots to see the water, walk your dogs and play with the kids. We went in winter when there is no fee to get in and hardly anyone there and it was lovely 😍

Sites are beautiful and so is the lake. Even though it was out of season the beach still looked well taken care of. We loved how up close you could get to the mounted animals at the nature center. It really lets you appreciate the size. The employee working at the center was super helpful and suggested her favorite hikes for this time of year and also gave plenty of tips to make the most out of the trails. She mentioned that they are out doing the trails almost daily so she had updates on how crowded they were and the condition. She was also very knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

A little piece of Heaven. This absolutely stunning lake is beautiful and perfect for kids and adults. The parking lot is close so you’re not lugging all of your stuff super far and the water is WARM! Watch out for animal poop right on the shore!! The trees offer perfect shade from the hot summer sun and the restrooms are open and clean. This is our new family outing spot.

its a great campground, its well maintained and cleaned. water spigots are about 300 feet from each site (generally). the dump sute is on the way out and easy to line into it.

We went to Deam to camp and trail ride. The camping site was nice other than when they had cut wood there was a bunch of debris in our spot for camper and we had to clean it off. The stables are really nice but watch where your site is at you could be a ways from your horse. The lake trail was nice but did not really enjoy the others. The ones we were on were more for endurance. Hills straight up and down. Will not go back with our horses.

This is a pretty area and the campsites were spacious. However, we discovered there was no water available throughout the camp, and bathrooms/bathhouses were locked. (2 outhouses were available). This was not mentioned anywhere on the website. Luckily we had a couple of jugs of water... Also, most of the sites are very sloped, making set up more difficult.
