This is a nice state park along the banks of the Deschutes River. Loop A is for RV camping and has water and electric available. No hookup for sewer. Nice shaded spots and paved. Two other areas are tent and RV dry camping. These are grassy sites with fire rings and picnic tables. Restrooms in loop A Ihave toilet and running water but no showers. They definitely need to be cleaned more regularly. Other areas have pit toilets for men and women. Campground is in a nice location, although there are frequent trains and they do blow their horns as they pass by. Quite loud but you could sleep through them if you try. Highway noises minimal although the interstate is fairly close.

Beautiful campground right on the Dechutes River. Clean showers & restrooms. Trails nearby and nice picnic area by the water.

Great camping along the Deschutes. Good swimming. Good fishing. Good mountain biking. Bonus: best camp host in the business (plus camp host dog)!

Beautiful park! Bathrooms are clean. Rangers are around a lot and are so friendly and helpful. Great hiking loops, although trails are not well maintained. Ice is available on-site, $3 per bag. Watch out for rattlesnakes and ticks, we saw both during our stay.

The park is very beautiful and peaceful. Aside from the occasional loud noise from the freeway, you'd hardly know it was there. Do make sure to wear close-toed shoes when walking around, for there is goose poop everywhere.

Wyam Rose

This is a family park used for camping and day use. Perfect for visiting. We stop here and walk. Beautiful place any time of year. I encourage you to visit.

Busy place. Our first stay there. Lucked out and got a one night water and electric site. You have to love the passing trains and often wind 🤣💞 lots of fishermen this time of year. It's awesome they have boat tie ups along the rivers edge.

Nice park right on the river. Will go back and stay there sometime. We rode our bikes here and enjoyed the view and shade. Lots of trails from there.
