New park in good location. Nice long pull through sites, unfortunately they have a terrible monthly policy. We wanted to stay for a few months but if they need to move you because your site isn’t available for a full month then you loose the monthly rate… even if you’re just moving to a different site within the park. Absolutely ludicrous. Also any deposit is absolutely not refundable, no matter what. Not a very friendly place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Desert Canyon. It's a new park, but even so, it is kept very tidy and clean. It seemed like the bathroom/showers had just been cleaned every time we went in, they must clean several times a day. I wish I could keep this place a secret!

Brand new RV park. Very clean. Easy access to the Southern parkway meaning St. George and Hurricane are only 15 minutes away. 4 very nice pickleball courts. Extra bonus...some of the nicest hiking and biking trails right out of the door. Beautiful way to start the day.
