Who This Park Is Best For
This park is an ideal match for seasonal snowbirds and active retirees who value a community-centric lifestyle. We stayed in the park overnight only. And we were amazed at how quickly we were escorted to our pre-arranged site and the courtesy extended by the staff. Our site was spacious and we had all the complements required. This RV park is located in a desert environment. Obviously. The view is pleasant, especially since we are from the northern Rockies and don’t see many cacti. Therefore we were pleased with the provisions available. We plan on staying again the next time we travel in the area. Many thanks to those who work hard to maintain the area.

I stayed at Desert Gardens for my second time a few weeks ago. I just love it there! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The campground was very clean and organized. I stayed in the dry camping area I am very grateful that they have a dry camping area and it was just fantastic very peaceful very quiet and clean. This is my go-to place!

We stayed here from Dec. 23, 2025 to January 23, 2026. They had a nice pot luck Christmas dinner with loads of delicious dishes, also put on a nice breakfast one Saturday, and an ice cream social. The staff are friendly and responsive. There are a couple of long term sights that need attention, but overall well maintained. Only a few sites are 50 amp, generally all 30 amp only. Traffic noise from the interstate is a bit of an issue, overall we enjoyed our stay. There were a few spaces available during the annual RV Show. Close to fuel, restaurants and everything Quartzsite has to offer.
