This is the worst RV park ever is super cheap but they have preferences and people that live here a certain amount of time so they can do whatever they want and everybody else that comes and gets harassed that’s not a great park if you need it for emergency by all means but honestly, this is the worst place ever they have preferences with certain people and certain people can do as they like and have more than two vehicles or more than two dogs. It’s crazy. no management whatsoever you try to talk to the main management and they don’t even allow you to make up excuses to just move so very rude unprofessional place.

This place is so nice. It's very safe and right next to the freeway and many plazas. Clean and nice restroom/showers, laundry rooms, and outside areas.

Called to make a reservation and the person I spoke to was very nice, said they had plenty of sites and no need to make an appointment prior to coming in. When we actually arrived to make a reservation 2 days later, we were greeted by Nevae in the front office and she was so rude. She said “well I don’t know who you talked to, but I’m telling you, you need an appointment”. She gave us two different rates that we’d need to pay up front, wouldn’t get us in for 4 days for the required “appointment “ and made it seem as though we were a bother tonher. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen in our 15 years RV camping - needless to say we will not be staying there

The location is perfect. It’s around a lot of stores and close to the Freeway. BUT! The manager in the office, Monica is extremely rude. She is very unkind and not helpful at all. She has terrible communication skills and lack customer service. She gives attitude every time someone address her with a concern or an issue about the property. She has consistently had miss communication regarding leasing cost, deposits and final bills. She has made mistakes and when they have been addressed, she fires back with terrible attitude, defensive behavior, and lack of accountability. This will be a great place for long term stay but she has been a terrible property manger to deal with. I would give this more stars but she has brought down the community with her negative attitude and her inability to friendly to the residents.
