This place has fallen apart. Noone cares but the maintenance guy. The front office is lazy and unprofessional. The bathrooms are disgusting. You are lucky to get laundry and bathrooms open if the maintenance guy is on vacation because the front office won't

Plenty of spaces available, never full. Price is decent I'd say far stretch from a "resort" .....the pool table room is so dirty and gross like it hasn't been deep cleaned in 15 years! Terrible. Everything is outdated and hanging by a thread. But for the most part everyone keeps to themselves. Just don't be late w a payment cuz they'll kick you out and not renew you. Even though they made $100 bucks off it. And never let you know it would effect your renewal. So at least I'm given ya heads up. This should be last resort only!

So I was interested in putting my 38 ft fifth wheel there I was told that they accept 2007 and after paying an extensive amount to get it towed there and getting the almost $900 money order as a insisted had to be a money order I was there with the tow company ready to move in and they told me nope we only accept 2012 or newer I've never been so devastated in my life the staff there is very unprofessional when I started crying the lady looked at me with this smirk on her face like she was happy I was crying and I asked her why wouldn't you tell me this before I bought the money order and had it towed over here they said what you should have inquired more I asked her over and over again I know I did if they accept the 2007 fifth wheels and they told me yes which they don't that was a lie I WOULD NOT rent here if I were you

There's a lot going on here. Since COVID-19 started, the office is always closed. The manager Monica Steel is the worst manager we have ever had. The property looks like a dump, homeless people are always coming into the park in the pool and restrooms. They even come and sleep in your space. The gate is always open there is no security. My neighbor had his bike stolen. There are many permanent residents but the new ones can only stay for 6 months and then they have to move out.

Saw a review that compared signing up for this rv park as to signing up to purchase a house...TRUE STORY!!!!! We brought in all the correct paperwork and checked out the spot we would possibly have...signed all the paperwork with the final test of how much our dog weighed....and yes....we FLUNKED the test! OUR DOG IS FOUR POUNDS TOO FAT!!! (Please don't tell him..it embarrasses him!) We were already 20 min early for appointment and waited outside until door was unlocked. BTW... 10 year on rvs rule is questioable...we saw older stuff already in rv park as to where all of our stuff is 5yrs or newer. I lost my patience before my husband and told gal to shred our paperwork and we left. We were tired at that point. We left in disgust.

I tried to get a spot here for my rv, they wanted my rv registration and license plate. I just had registered it a week earlier and I had a temperary license plate on it, the dmv mails you the real plate. They wouldn't accept it. They couldn't care less that there was nowhere else in town I could go...

The mobile home estate is always immaculate. All the residents seem to be friendly and they all get along with each other. Every time I go there I can always smell the sweet Aroma of barbecue :-)

I travel quite a bit and need places to stay with my RV. I am in this area frequently but the RV park said they only do monthly stays. It would be really nice if I could stay somewhere nice for the days that I am in the area.

Visited this park over the weekend, thought it might work as a temporary spot for my classic RV, Class A gas fueled 30 ft Chevy Allegro for few months til I move over to Arizona. Was told by park manager RV has to be year 2010 or newer. Sounds like discrimination for those of us who maintain classic RVs. I'm not so sure the legality of this matter...Anyone else know? Please share. #1 if you can't pay a monthly fee and utilities that one thing. Newer RVs made after 1990s are not made as well as older models

Location is great. But address says " Main Street" but it should say the real street.GPS took us to the Gated Community, so we came in the back way. We wanted to stay a week and get the weekly rate. We could stay but 1 day short if week n they would not give us the weekly. Facilities are not clean. Big resort n 1 laundry room for all. Other laundry room was closed. Front desk staff seems nice but would not stay again. Resort not maintained like others.
