Loretta Sellers (Lil' Texan)
Very nice, friendly, neat, clean, and quiet. Rental prices reasonable, you aren't right in town but not too far away from businesses, food and or gas. Only thing negative I can say is some of the streets are in bad shape. Pot holes and some speech bumps are huge height wise! If it weren't for that I would have given them 5 Stars. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Plenty of space for RV or fifth wheel to back in with clean well kept facilities as advertised. Pet friendly for behaved pets. Quiet neighborhood with friendly atmosphere.

Pam is great. She is so understanding about when I got paid and when I was going to pay rent. They have a club house and storm shelter, on-site laundry, a shower/bathroom in the clubhouse. Overall awesome place to put your camper.

Need a speed bump in front of my place, it's like the Daytona 500, I worry about my cats. Nothing can be done. 😪
