Reasonable prices, great owners and the views aren't bad at all. I'll definitely be using them anytime I'm in the area.

Its hot, no shade, the neighborhood is "questionable" and wouldn't recommend with children or if you aren't a "street smart" person, id describe this like downtown Detroit

Rent is $450 (or $500 for a slab). The nighttime atmosphere is quiet, there's free Wi-Fi and some cable channels to choose from, as well as a laundry room, change machine, restrooms, and showers onsite. Their vending machine offers sodas and candy, $2 per item. The staff is kind and very helpful. Night registration is also available (pick up the forms and return them by 10am the next morning). Pets are also welcome, as long as they're kept on a leash, cleaned up after, and kept inside throughout the night. The location is only half a mile away from a local truck stop/convenience store, which is highly convenient.

We are staying for at least a month and the owners are really nice! WiFi works amazing and the showers are super clean. I haven't tested out the laundry yet but it looks very promising!
