HTR is a nice campground, this was a first time to door county. Sites are wooded towards the back where the fire rings are which is nice. We didn’t spend much time there. We stayed at site 31, it’s pretty close to level there is a stump on that site that is in the way of backing up the camper. Next time we will plan on sites 27-30

We own a travel trailer, but didn't want to drive 5 hours with it, so we booked the "glamping" unit - it worked out great. Perfect location for a great Door County visit! It was nice to have a quiet campfire at the end of the busy days, something you can't get by staying in a hotel.

We camped here in early October. The staff is exceptional. The facility is clean and grounds well kept. A special thanks to Jojo and Dee who were very helpful when the well pump went out! We will definitely return on our next trip to Door County!

We had a great time at this campsite. Our campsite was huge and surrounded by trees offering privacy from the neighbors. Ammenities were great and the location was close to everything. Our site was right next to HWY 42 so it was a little noisy with traffic at times but thats the price you pay for being near everything.

Juanita’s receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The campground is charming, wooded, and clean. We will definitely return. Within a five-minute drive, you can find Egg Harbor, and Fish Creek is six minutes away. Sister Bay is 27 minutes away, offering a picturesque town with scenic roads, lake views, beaches, parks, and charming shops. Additionally, you are four minutes from Peninsula State Park, a great scenic park that provides biking, canoeing, hiking, beach access, and more. This campground is full hook ups, they also offer cabins, and glamping sites check out their website for pictures.
