The cabin was clean, well-equipped, and cozy. The campground was clean and maintained. The staff (Lenny, Sharon, and Courtney) were extremely helpful and friendly. This was one of my best stays away from home. I spent a week at the campground and did not have any issues. It was a joy to stay there.

We booked this about as far as we could travel in one day. We made it about 10pm. The office closed at 7pm but they had our reservation on the door. We got into our site which was level, used the cable a bit, and then went to bed. We were up early to get back on the road. The bathrooms were clean and secure - you need a code to get in. The pool looked nice though we were not able to use it. The playground also seemed nice. There were garbage cans stationed around the grounds making it easy to find a place for your trash. Overall we needed a place to pull over for the night and this worked perfect. There is a some noise from the highway but it didn't impact our ability to sleep.

We stayed over night. But the site we were at was very nice. WiFi was good. No problems there. 44 ft motorhome towing. Pretty easy in and out. We were led to the site.. which was nice. Didn't interact with many but the staff we came into contact with were nice. Also no cable but over the air stations good along with streaming capabilities.

We paid for a DELUXE Kabin and it was just like a Kamping Kabin but with it's own bathroom. We stayed at two other KOAs during our trip and the only thing available were Kamping Kabins but they had a refrigerator and microwave! The bathroom was very nice and new with a tile shower but this does not compare to ANY other deluxe cabin we've stayed in. They all had a kitchenette, a couch, a bedroom, and the bathroom. I dont know how they can get away with calling theirs deluxe.

I stayed in a "Deluxe Kabin" and was surprised to find that unlike other KOA Deluxe Kabins I have stayed in at other locations, linens were an extra $15. That $15 did NOT include towels. This was basically a Kamping Kabin with a bathroom. The water from the shower and bathroom sink had a very weird sour smell that stays with you. It was immaculate and the staff was very friendly, but the Kabin was not worth the price for "Deluxe." At other KOAs, the Deluxe Kabins have linens, a fridge, towels, and a microwave. Also...if you are a light sleeper, the Deluxe Kabins are right by the interstate and the road noise is extremely loud. I hate to be a complainer....but this definitely was not Deluxe by any means. For another $20, I could have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express down the road.

This KOA is a nice as any I've been to. They're about half an hour outside of OKC. The bathrooms are very clean and close to the campsites. The only down side is the smaller trailer sites don't have sewer.

Beautiful park. Great playground for children. Clean, hot showers. As with most KOA Journeys, it's next to the freeway, so bring your earplugs. There's a fenced dog park up near the buffalo pen, a few goat heads along the way. Cute cabins on the river and shady camp spots if you don't need sewer.

First camping trip to test out our camper! The site was great. Loved the patio and grill that came with our pull through spot. Met some great people, the dogs loved it too.

I stayed in my camper. So I don't know how the rooms were. But the service at the front desk was great. And the location was easy to get to

Cleanest KOA out there. Everything worked staff was super nice best maintained one I've ever stayed at. 100% pick this one if traveling on US40 over all the others.

Very cute campground. Staff super helpful and nice. Walking distance to see bison, teepee, trading post, restaurant and general store. Nice facilities.

The sites were a bit close together and more of a parking lot feeling, but great for an overnight stop. It is right off the interstate, so a bit of noise. The staff was amazing, and the grounds were very well kept. They also have a restaurant in walking distance.

The management was so kind and accommodating to us when we had engine trouble on Dec 30. Really pretty shady sights backing onto the water reservoir. Dog park was great as well along with lots of space to walk the pooches.

I drove 14 hours and finally arrived here. I arrived a bit before check in and was greeted with someone that was very friendly and there was no issue checking in early (I think i got lucky because it’s Sunday :). Everything was easy and suggestions were given. I planned on trying the restaurant up the street but I fell asleep…. Anyway, the Buffalo are fun to view (in pens) and everything is clean and appears to be well managed. They have a large trading post up the street and they have a small camp store on site… I’m not that helpful as this was mostly about sleep and reorganizing things… The little cabin is perfect and has its own bath and shower which is surprising as the rate was low (68$ after tax-rounded up). Bring your own kindness and you are good to go!

We usually stay at KOA's while traveling and in my opinion this stop has the nicest and most helpful staff. The same can be said of the restaurant and trading post. Thank you 😊 💓
