We only stayed one night when we picked up our new RV in the Panama City area, but the Emerald Cost RV resort was beautiful. Our site was spacious, private, and right on the water. We definitely plan to stay again when in the area.

Love this place!! Paved road and sidewalks make less mess going to the pool and park and back to tge RV. 2 pools are lovely and a family restroom makes helping my opposite gendered kids through showers easy-peasy.

Emerald was bought by Sun Resorts and is in transition. We believe after huricane Michael which was a catagory 5 storm they have done wonders here so far. They have a rebuilding or upgrading to some of the park which has made it noisy for odd hours due to concrete supply problems. The resort is very nice and so is the staff. I highly recomends Sun Resorts on 1957 Allison Ave. Panama Beach , Fla.

Great resort to get away with some friends. I went last week and the weather was superb. One of my friends got a little too comfortable and started flirting with the locals and he told me he got laid 3 times in one night. Amazing place with a great community.

This is the nicest place. It's set up like a little neighborhood with each parking pad having it's own street light. It's clean and safe. We go there every time we're in Panama City Beach Florida.

We stayed there for 9 days in 2016 for a softball tournament and are going back again this July, and have friends going to camp there now as well. Beautifully maintained grounds, clean showers, bathrooms and laundry room. Nice pool and a separate saltwater pool with waterfall. A place to bathe your dog. Our girls loved the lake to go fishing. The staff is great and friendly!
