The stay was great until I got my reimbursement for leaving. I was told on 3 separate occasions by 2 different people that any days left over in the month I would get reimbursed at the monthly rate. Then I go to leave and get half of what I was expecting. I was told I was getting reimbursed at a weekly rate instead of the monthly. When I asked why I was told it was because I hadn't been there for 6 months. So convenient to change the rules as I'm leaving.

Just know that they DO NOT OFFER WIFI, But for the price that was fine. We were told that if we have VERIZON we would have no service. I used my hot spot and phone without any issues, even with just 2 bars. It is a very old park, but is very clean, there are areas in the office I guess they are remodeling, but it is a mess, with dirty coffee pots that the owner uses for himself, but the office doesn’t clean or does he. The nasty old trailers that reside there don’t bother me as long as they aren’t where I can see them. I would make sure when booking you request the sections away from that area. For the price, it’s a decent place to stay for a night or two.

I’ve been making a point to leave reviews where they’re needed. My husband and I (hehe, we’re on our honeymoon) are traveling cross country from Michigan to Utah. I called here at 10 pm at night. The lady on the phone was super nice, even though I think I woke her up. She gave us the bathroom codes and said we’ll square up in the morning. We stopped here to stay inbetween. I’ve been camping since I was a little girl, like 4 years old. I have camped everywhere. I’m really starting to dislike the expectation camping is supposed to have. Guys- we’re CAMPING. NOT GLAMPING. Idk what most of you are looking for when rolling into a campground now a days. But this is a normal campground. A normal campground with great hospitality, CLEAN bathrooms, nice spots, hookup and a cute camp store. It has everything you need to CAMP. if you’re looking for the Taj Mahal I suggest you find a 5 star hotel. This place even offers laundry service. The showers were clean and hot. With shower curtains and the perfect little inset bench. Yes there are campers that have wood piled up and their propane tanks next to their trailer. If that’s how they want their site to look, that’s on them, it affects you how? Bottom line for someone driving through looking for a place to rest your head for the night. This is a good spot. It is nice to see a good review for what you need and not be so sketched out by some of these people expecting a 5 star resort. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you for a great night!

Campground is spacious & basic for all our travelling needs. Conveniently located by freeway, clean restrooms. Giving it a 4 because we were able to walk to the steak restaurant in front of the campground which was a GREAT & friendly place to eat, walking distance!!! I didnt like that cleaning the restrooms is at 11 am, when u NEED to use it before u head out to the road again.

The park is being remodeled. The newer sites are nicer than the older part of the park. The water pressure is not high enough. We had to run our on board 12 volt pump. Then refill the tank every other day. The staff was very nice. And the restrooms where surprisingly clean and well kept. If we pass this way again, we would have no problem staying.
