I’ve been making a point to leave reviews where they’re needed. My husband and I (hehe, we’re on our honeymoon) are traveling cross country from Michigan to Utah. I called here at 10 pm at night. The lady on the phone was super nice, even though I think I woke her up. She gave us the bathroom codes and said we’ll square up in the morning. We stopped here to stay inbetween. I’ve been camping since I was a little girl, like 4 years old. I have camped everywhere. I’m really starting to dislike the expectation camping is supposed to have. Guys- we’re CAMPING. NOT GLAMPING. Idk what most of you are looking for when rolling into a campground now a days. But this is a normal campground. A normal campground with great hospitality, CLEAN bathrooms, nice spots, hookup and a cute camp store. It has everything you need to CAMP. if you’re looking for the Taj Mahal I suggest you find a 5 star hotel. This place even offers laundry service. The showers were clean and hot. With shower curtains and the perfect little inset bench. Yes there are campers that have wood piled up and their propane tanks next to their trailer. If that’s how they want their site to look, that’s on them, it affects you how? Bottom line for someone driving through looking for a place to rest your head for the night. This is a good spot. It is nice to see a good review for what you need and not be so sketched out by some of these people expecting a 5 star resort. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you for a great night!

Campground is spacious & basic for all our travelling needs. Conveniently located by freeway, clean restrooms. Giving it a 4 because we were able to walk to the steak restaurant in front of the campground which was a GREAT & friendly place to eat, walking distance!!! I didnt like that cleaning the restrooms is at 11 am, when u NEED to use it before u head out to the road again.

The park is being remodeled. The newer sites are nicer than the older part of the park. The water pressure is not high enough. We had to run our on board 12 volt pump. Then refill the tank every other day. The staff was very nice. And the restrooms where surprisingly clean and well kept. If we pass this way again, we would have no problem staying.

I had a wonderful stay at Emerald RV Park in Fort Morgan, Colorado, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional service provided by the woman at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness, she was very helpful and accommodating, The front desk staff’s outstanding hospitality truly made my experience Great. The park itself is clean, with level gravel sites and full hookups, perfect for a comfortable overnight stop, the quiet atmosphere was a bonus for a restful night. I’d happily return!

Discrimination against pits. My fur baby (half pit, not that it matters) who is the size of a beagle, who is certified as a therapy dog through TDI and recognized as a canine good citizen,( we volunteer at pediatric hospitals and let the kids love on and play with her ) was flat out denied to stay here. So my ratings based on that, not the park itself. But it really fired me up having my baby discriminated against. Petty... maybe, but philosophically, to judge a dog over its breed is dumb.

It is a good RV Park. The sites are pretty level and the hookup connections all worked well. The person that works in the office is very nice. The biggest thing for me is the trash that is around the park and at the site. As we were setting up I had to pick up broken glass that was around the site. We have a dog and the last thing I wanted her to do is step on broken glass. If the owners just spend some time cleaning up the grounds, it could be a pretty nice campground.

We were completely taken aback by the conditions at this place. Our site was next to what looked like an operational whiskey still surrounded by stacked up trash and guarded by a large black unleashed dog. Dead grass, ant hills, trash, tarps covering rundown trailers sent us on our way. All of this nonsense came with the Good Sam seal of approval.

Seedy, slummy, & creepy. Worst campground experience we’ve ever had (after 6 years of RVing). Lotsa broken glass & long term tenants in dilapidated campers are allowed to junk up their sites. 3 dogs were roaming all over the campground, barking all hours. Our poor elderly dog requires a ramp to get into our camper, so I had to keep a eye out so that I could set it up & get her in before one of these unattended dogs came after her. Oh, and the 2 piece playground (see pic) should have been condemned back in the 60s! Hard to believe anyone giving this campground more than 2 stars & that Good Sam put their seal on it.

Good store for camping gear, like hoses and electric adapters. Nice young lady at desk. Big laundry room, $2.00 to wash, 75 cents to dry. Clean bathroom. Almost level dirt campsites. Full hookups. Gravel roads and some trees. Looks like many full time residents but plenty of pull through sites for those passing through. Close to the Interstate so some road noise. Also railroad nearby so some train horn noise. Windy.

This was a pretty nice rv park. You can tell most if the people staying there are long term. We were there for about a month and aside from the fact they don't offer WiFi and the park seems to be in a dead zone for phone service the rv park was really nice. The showers and bathroom were incredibly clean and the laundry room had four washers and four dryers that worked really well. The neighbors were super nice and definitely minded their own business. My young boys had friends to play with. If I was ever back in Fort Morgan Colorado my family and I would stay at the emerald rv park again! I only gave it 4 stars though because I'm not a fan of all the sand lol thank you emerald rv park y'all are truly amazing!

Holy cow. This wasn't to my taste. But I Paid to stay one night, found my camper spot, drove around the campground abit, and left. Drove 5 more hour to NewMexico. EMERALD is All gravel and dust all the time... I grew up on a gravel road, don't like it, and won't do it unless I must. Nice Men's bathroom.

Been coming here for a couple of years, love the place. Paid for my spot in advance confirmed my space #, got an email confirming but with a different spot. When I spoke to them they said I would be in a better spot, when I got there was in yet a different spot. Not happy, have NEVER been moved in ANY campsite after paying for my spot. You pay in advance for a spot not to get moved to accommodate someone who just showed up and needs a spot

This place is operated as if some criminals set up a sign in front of an abandoned gravel lot. Gravel is dirty with nails. I only know this because one of my new camper tires caught a nail at this place upon leaving. Thankfully, we have a good tire monitoring system to let us know to pull over and call for roadside assistance, right away. I will always regret booking a month at this rat den.😪 It is not business people operating this location, it is a trap. Set by highway robbers and ran like a homeless encampment. Keep driving as it is not safe to stay at this place. Unless, you are the police and want to find some "Breaking Bad" stuff going down. Then, by all means... you should see this place.👀😳

We were going to rent a place at this RV park and we're very impressed with how good both Mary and Tina were at helping us find something. Their customer service is exceptional and so is their knowledge. Fort Morgan is a cute little town and I'm sure we would have loved living there. Unfortunately, we did not end up moving to that area but I do highly recommend this RV Park.
