We came to Albuquerque to visit our niece and her husband. We needed an RV park somewhere close to where they lived. Based on reviews and location we picked Enchanted Trails for our stay in our 38 foot motorhome.
The staff was helpful and nice. The sites are large and we had a pull through. Our site was not very level side to side so we had to block our wheels up.
They offer free wifi but the wifi is very very slow.
We had 50 amp service and water and sewer at our site and they all worked well

I gave this 4 stars because no mattet what i done did & do now i cant get internet so location is far out of town so there service sucks along with my own phone & wifi here.  They need to upgrade WIFI for suh a large RV park so everyone can have service not just people at the office or nxt to it. Otherwise its 1 of the best, nice clean level places with the most reasonable prices around here.LOCATION SUCKS though

We love Enchanted Trails RV Park! Always enjoy the cleanliness of the park and their facilities.
Cool vintage RV's positioned accordingly inside the park are fun to look at. Front desk staff are always helpful and kind.
This will always be one of our favorite stops!
Oh yes, we normally get a pizza delivered to our site during our stay.
Makes it even more fun!

Anita was super friendly and helpful when we called to get a spot last minute. Older RV park but well kept, pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Pretty cool area set up with classic Hudson cars and vintage travel trailers that is fun to check out. Kinda noisy due to I40 traffic but still recommended.

Stayed for one night and considered extending another day if we had more time. The lady at the front office was very kind and gave my kids wooden nickels. We enjoyed the walk around vintage rv museum. Even my young children had fun looking at the different rvs and trailers. The grounds and bathrooms were clean, and we appreciated the picnic table at our site and that it was spacious enough to fit our two vehicles. There was a pool and hot tub, but both were the same cold temperature.

Nothing special. Large gravel parking lot, no grassy areas for dogs to do their business. Sites are extremely close together. Could almost touch the rv next to us out our slide out window. Lots of highway noise even with the windows closed. Would not stay here for more than 1 night.

I recently stayed at this park and was pretty disappointed with almost every aspect of it.  First and foremost, the WiFi simply didn't work.  It wasn't a matter of my putting in the wrong password, or a problem with one of the five devices I tried connecting.  It simply didn't work.  And when I brought this up with the woman in the office, she offered no solutions, and pretty much didn't seem to care.  The site itself feels like a large gravel pit.  There are no trails to walk on, no dog parks, no pavers to speak of - it's just pretty much end-to-end compacted gravel, with as many camping sites squeezed in as possible.  And speaking of the site, I didn't notice as many people as I might have otherwise expected, given the number of RVs parked there.  I soon realized this is because a significant number of the RVs - perhaps 30 percent - are dark, and are simply being stored there.  At night, it gives the place a real creepy vibe once you notice it.

In summary, if you want to camp in a gravel pit with a bunch of stored RVs, featuring useless WiFi, and staff who are indifferent to your experience, this place is for you.  If not, I'd look elsewhere.

While this is a nice r park,there is a lot of road noise.
Also the folks doing maintaince on grounds could use lessons in common courtesy. The gentleman riding around on golf cart shold adhere to speed limit as well. Also should be noted people need to follow rules. Keep your dog on a leash and clean up after.

Contrary to what others said, the staff was very friendly and helpful.  The RV sites were level and clean.  The bathrooms were clean.  I did not use the showers, so cannot speak to that.  The location was right off the highway and close to downtown.

I recently stayed for a few days it was ok. The best part is the sunsets and sunrises good location for that. The service however very poor and rude. The "free wifi" is free because it doesn't work. Also the showers are either cold or so hot you basically get a 3rd degree burn. Overall wouldn't stay again mostly due to staff.

We have stayed here once. We are going to be staying here again soon as we work our way home. It is an funky, vintage, older park but is convenient to I-40. The noise from I-40 did not bother us.  We were probably in the middle of the park. They have some restored trailers on site - interesting to look at. It is a little bit away from Albuquerque but not a bad drive. The laundry was large and convenient. It is right next door to Camping World. The sites are a little small but not the worst we have ever seen.  The sites are gravel and were fairly level.
