Pool closed, clubhouse closed, no WiFi, absolutely no activities. Some grandstanding by the management apparently. Don’t know why the owners allow this. Lots are spacious, nice dog park, but no receptacles for dog poop.

Very clean park. Wide streets and easy back in for all of the spots. Staff is very nice. We spent 2 weeks here before heading north. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I drive a 45 foot tag axle. No issues

Nice roomy sites but the clubhouse is closed and so is the pool. They need to get it together and open it up. This is why people stay at these parks. They do have a carport that they are doing games under which is just dumb with a really nice clubhouse closed. Open up the clubhouse!

Beautiful park. The people are super nice, but the clubhouse is permanently closed. That puts a big damper on social activities. And getting to know the other campers and share stories. Really the main reason to stay at such parks. I was hoping to stay longer, but now it just feels isolating. I hope they fix whatever issues they are having to make a more inclusive park experience.

What a beautiful park! We only stayed here for a night but will be back. Super quiet. Hubby said bath house was clean & great water pressure. My only downside was the amount of ants around. Whenever we came outside they would instantly start crawling up our shoes & legs 😂 will probably request a different spot next time.

We booked for two nights at the dry camp area and only stayed for one. Management does not know how to address issues in a Cordial manner. Woke my sleeping toddler up because my dogs were outside for 2 minutes alone (with our screen door open and multiple windows open.) they were laying down quietly. “Chris” tore in on her golf cart hollering “excuse me!, Excuse me!” When she stated the dogs were not allowed outside alone, I apologized profusely. Her response was “yeah” and another aggressive exit on the golf cart. The bathrooms are not available 24/7, so if you don’t have a toilet, be prepared.

The park is very quiet with lots of space. However the management are rude and disrespectful. "Chris" is unsympathetic and doesn't have good customer skills. Lots of our neighbours seem to feel the same, as they all leave in a hurry. The staff mow at odd times and shut off water frequently (with warning, but still). The drainage is awful, it floods with the smallest of storms and the wind has gotten worse since they began cutting down the trees that were hiding the park. With the trees gone the county road is far too loud and it feels like a fishbowl. I wish it was the same as it was four months ago, unfortunately it's gone downhill.

We too stayed here for 5 months and throughly enjoyed our time while Jane was in charge. Once Chris came back things were no longer pleasant. Bombarded all guests with emails and threatened us that if we didn't clean up after ourselves in the showers, we would be punished and only allowed to use during business hours. After Jane left , the showers became increasingly dirty-they need to be CLEANED -- all scummy. We loved the park as it was not the feeling of being in a campground -beautiful greenery. Chris needs to learn how to communicate in a more friendly way and stop scolding us like children. She has no clue what southern hospitality is-as a matter of fact there was no hospitality. She too busy riding around in her golf cart with her clipboard looking for things to complain about!

One of the best community's I've ever seen. Nothing but nice people and kind hearts here.
