This is a very exceptional campground!! Very accommodating and kind individuals who own and maintain the grounds. Highly recommend a visit here!

My sister and I had a fantastic stay at Everflowing Waters Campground. We booked at the last minute, but they were more than accommodating — which immediately set the tone for a great experience. What stood out: The property was immaculately maintained — the grounds were tidy, lush, and well cared for. It was peaceful and quiet, exactly what we were hoping for when camping. The outhouse bathroom had been newly renovated — clean, fresh, and far better than typical outhouse facilities. The owner was friendly and flexible, making us feel welcome. If you're looking for a quiet, friendly, well-kept campground, this is it. We would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to fellow campers seeking peace and simplicity.

As a returning camper I must say the new owner John is fantastic. Everything is very clean and upgrades done to restrooms are not unnoticed. It has been a pleasure staying here and we look forward to getting a seasonal pass for next spring/summer. If your looking for a clean, quite and we'll maintained property to enjoy some relaxation this is the spot for your next camping trip!!!!!

Campground location was the best part of our stay... sites arent private and are small/close together, campground is very noisy, out houses have no skylights or ventilation, are unkept and you need to bring your own toilet paper. Would go again only if nothing else in the area was available

An older campground with a very relaxed vibe. Mostly long term residents and a busy weekend so only a few spots available. The owner Dennis was amiable. Sites were closer than I prefer and maintenance missed mowing before we got there. Great potential if more effort were put into trimming. The property is for sale. We had water and electricity but no sewer which I was aware of.(no dump station either). A local pumper truck comes every Thursday (didn’t do us any good as we arrived on Thursday and left the following Thursday). Our site had potential as it faced the water and was well shaded. Great for short stay but not sure how longer term would work. Close to Elk Rapids and Traverse City and next door to Grand Traverse resort and spa.

Great experience at Everflowing. Price was extremely fair. Roughly 16 minutes from downtown Traverse City. The campground was pet friendly, extremely quiet and the owner was nice as well. If you are looking for a place to drop your camper and visit the local areas this is the place. They have a dump service that comes on Thursday’s. So plan accordingly. Overall great experience and I will be back.

Not only is this park not suitable for anyone who does not have a FULLY self contained rig, the pit toilets were quite foul smelling and had no toilet paper. There was one porta potty in good working order for the whole camp. I will say, the grounds were well maintained and it felt like a safe environment

We needed a site for a 3 night stay as friends were camping at another campground nearby. After googling I came across Everflowing Waters. We called the campground and asked if they could accommodate us. Dennis the owner was very nice. Told us to book through the website which we did. When we arrived we checked in and were told which site to pull in to. We were a little surprised to find out there is no dump station and no bathhouse or bathrooms. Two port a johns sit on the property (not the cleanest) We did have electric and water but sites are very close together. As we have a travel trailer the bathroom situation wasn’t a big deal for us but for those who tent camp you should be aware no real bathrooms or a place to shower. Another plus was being close to Traverse City. We did have a pleasant stay but sites being so close together (pretty much one on top of another) was a turn off. Also no dump station and no mention on the website they don’t have one. Probably should have asked those pertinent questions when we had the owner on the phone, camp and learn I guess!

Campground flooded out over the weekend, with Heavy Storms. Seems like the owners knew I was placed in a low spot, and never said a word. I called after the storm when my tent was 4 inches under water about moving and he commented “Yeah that’s a Low Spot”. No Apology or Anything.

OK, let me just say this. It, unfortunately, seems to be human nature to complain, but often we are slow to compliment. Taking the time to read the description of Everflowing Waters Campground, it's very easy to understand its rustic uniqueness. A small, privately owned, nicely maintained and well run campground, situated on a beautiful piece of property with Yuba Creek running through, its grassy sites and shading from trees provide a perfect spot in which to relax, while still being within a few miles of Traverse City. If campers seek modern amenities and family entertainment, they should look elsewhere, but we have found, for the last 12 years, that this is where we want to be. We think it is a hidden gem!!!

This campground was in the middle of nowhere. Strange vibe, most were full time. No sewer but not even a dump station. Saw people letting their dogs do business and no one picking up...not going back, hope y'all read this first

Sorry to say but this was the worst Campground we ever stayed. No Showers or Bathroom with running water. Just a stinking Outhouse. It was so bad that we left after one night. We had paid for two. This place might be OK if you have a Trailer with your own Bathroom facilities.

We enjoyed our stay at EW. The lots are grassy and there are a good variety of spots with trees and bushes. One's along the stream are prime. 30A and water hookup. No waste dump or showers. They have a waste service that comes to campground or you can go to State park in town. Perfect place for couples who want more of a quite setting. There are not many things to do at grounds for kids but mine did enjoy the stream and open areas. Owner is nice and willing to help with any of your needs. I would stay there again.
