So disappointed in this park. The only reason we came here was the lake and the amenities they offered. They changed our site and put us in an old section where it looks like permanent residents live and that's our front view. We're far away from any amenities and the lake. Then we were given the wrong gate code so couldn't get into the park. After getting into the park, I took the trash to the dumpster and had to walk through glass to get to the dumpster opening. For the price, I wish I had of gone to a different Park. I'll be glad when our 3 days are done and we move on. so far the only positive things I can say is, the sites are level. UPDATE: after getting over the first day issues, I changed my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star because the park is a nice park and the staff is very friendly. We had a billing issue & it was immediately fixed. The grounds are kept clean & the common area near the lake was very relaxing.

This RV Park was great to stay at. I was here for 2 weeks and loved it. The spaces were well kept, wide enough to park next to my RV and nice grassy areas around the sites. The park was large enough to enjoy walks in the evenings with my dog and although the area is busy, the park was pretty quiet at night. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool, although it looked very nice and clean. I would love to stay here again in the future.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Fallbrook location last week to rent a spot for the weekend. What started as a short stay turned into a month-long stay, as I needed to be close to the hospital for my loved one. During this time, Mr. Prawl provided exceptional support and service. Being from Mississippi and dealing with a difficult situation, I truly appreciated the way he went above and beyond to make my stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. He not only helped me with the initial arrangements but also ensured I had the best options available once my stay extended. Working in the field of customer service myself, I recognize when someone exceeds expectations—and Mr. Prawl absolutely did. His professionalism, understanding, and dedication made a big difference for me during a stressful time. I highly recommend this location and commend Mr. Prawl for his outstanding customer service.

We were here for 1 month and a half and it was a wonderful experience. The pool, hot tub and outside grill made it so much more fun to stay here. There is also a gym, free popcorn, a pool table and they also have outside fridges to keep your drinks or food fresh for when you are lounging outside. The lake has a beautiful and peaceful view. They also have an onsite laundromat which is convenient, and free dog wash which I made use of. I would definitely come back.

It doesn’t get better than Fallbrook RV Resort!!! Hands down, best rv park experience yet. The property is impeccable and the managers, Cameron and Rachel, treat their guests like family. The clubhouse is such a treat. It is kept sparkling clean and has everything you could ask for- computers, printers, snacks, coffee, big screen TVs, rocking chairs, swings, pool, hot tub, exercise equipment…the list goes on! Trust me when I say, FALLBROOK RV RESORT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!

We went down to Houston for baseball tournament weekend. This place was perfect! We enjoyed staying at Fallbrook. We used the hot tub, pool table, out door grill, propane fire pits, rocking chairs, showers, complimentary coffee and popcorn. This place is so peaceful in the middle of the city. Once you pass through the gates it is like a little piece of heaven. Rachel and Cameron and the staff were so nice and helpful. If we ever have to go back to Houston we will be staying there again. It was wonderful!

Great place one of the nicest RV parks we have ever been to and we have been to a lot of really good ones, but none of them beat Fallbrook RV Resort. There is a Huge dog park that the dogs can run around in, a very nice pool and hot tub, good water pressure, Very nice place. Also has a great Fishing Lake stocked with Bass and Other species of fish.

I have nothing but great things to say about Fallbrook RV Resort. First, Rachel and Cameron are wonderful hosts here. They are personable, helpful and very friendly. The staff is top notch. Second, the park is immaculate!! The jacuzzi is always hot and enjoyable after a long day. There is a wonderful dog run, that we use every day. It is the high light of my day. My dogs love it! There is a huge fishing pond, workout area and large laundry facility. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Unfortunately, my husband is having to relocate and we will be leaving soon. I truly enjoyed my time here. Thank you, Cameron and Rachel for making us feel so welcome here. We will miss ya all. Laura and Stephen Byard

We traveled to Houston to visit family. Fallbrook was closest and most convenient for us. We have been beyond happy with our two month stay at this resort fall of 2021. By far the best RV resort we have stayed at during our travels. Cameron and Rachel are spectacular hosts, making sure our stay was pleasant. The grounds of the resort are very well maintained and secure. The onsite pool and hot tub are an oasis; clean and very well maintained. The resort has everything you might need: propane refills, dog washing station, garbage dumpsters, plenty of dog walking areas, laundry, common areas, and full hookups. This has been the best RV resort we have stayed in. Five stars, well deserved.

Although this trailer park is gated, it is located in a rough part of Houston, which we were not aware of when we booked the reservation, two of the nine evenings we were there, we heard gunshots. Also the trailer park host was incredibly rude. We won’t be staying here again and I don’t recommend the trailer park to anyone else!

Normally don't care to much about other folks issues, but yesterday shows how horrible this park is even more so than what was thought. A park is shown by how it is run and this place ain't runned. The management team was yelling and screaming at these people trying to move and the Shawna the lady that is suppose to run the joint blocked the tow truck driver and played on her phone in the car like a damn kid. Total absurdity, I say. The people told her and her husband to many damn times to leave them alone and her and her husband Paul kept interupting them and the tow truck driver and would not let them leave. This had been brewing for a while, as folks at the park said they been scheming to get rid of the man, for the day cleaner to get her husband a job. Must be some shit to get spouses to work with you. The day cleaner was the laziest bitch ever, pardon my french. They all kept getting the night cleaner to do all of the job duties for day cleaner. Good for him for standin up to them and quitting. To think they started the mess and called the cops on the couple when it was them that was crazy acting. Guess they didn't like the fact he wasn't putting up with their shit no more.

This place is great if you are a drug addict, thief, or have multiple felonies and are hiding from the police. The park is nice but the people are not. The lady manager reminds me of an oompa loompa and her husband is creepy/scary (He looks through peoples RV windows at night). Renters beware- nightly gun shots, people driving crazy (1 person ran over someone), if you are renting an RV watch out-- things will start to come up missing. They do not do proper background checks on their employees!

More like a trailor park than a resort , the people behind us were always loud late nights , the dog walk was right near a highway and there was absolutely no fence up around it which made it very unnerving to go alone at night , rvs r to close to each other, and the people who I guess r long term stayers were very very rude and always starred at you which made our stay very uncomfortable , you didn't get a gate key unless you were here for a month or longer , which makes no sense, dogs were allowed to roam where ever off leashes, which made me uncomfortable walking my dog , and the advertisements showed much more of a variety of ammentitues than there actually was, and you weren't allowed to have your dog near pond or lake area , which is bull crap because when you want to take a breather while walking your dog or even just to enjoy the waterfall , you cannot do because dogs aren't allowed , but yet dogs can be off leashes roaming the park without there owner, dumpsters stayed full could barely get our trash in them without having to stuff get up close to it and stuff ur trash in it so it didn't make a mess on the ground , it could have been way better,

This place feels a little like a neighborhood more than a campsite or a park. Regardless we had a really nice stay. We decided to stay in our RV for the night and were very happy on the campsite we chose. It was at a great place in the back. It does seem like everything has been renovated recently. There have been a lot of updates recently and it’s really nice! The prices are great for what they have to offer and it’s actually fair comparatively to other parks. The utilities didn’t smell bad and were decently clean.
