The management sucks. This resort doesn't offer hardly anything for crafts. And what few crafts they do have, come from Dollar Tree and they will turn around and charge money and a profeit. It makes me wonder what my yearly resort fee goes to.

Decent T-mobile signal. Generous sites, gravel with concrete pads. Well cared for amenities. Easy to navigate the streets. It is off a very busy Florence Ave. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by.

The staff do not return calls and the local handa is verbally abusive. If you are having issues with this park the best suggestion is to file a co.aint with the Arizona Attorney Generals office along with the Pinal Account Attorneys Office. The office manager is never available to resolve issues and does not return calls.

Great RV park with lots of amenities and friendly people! It’s close to many restaurants and there is plenty of shopping in the area for almost anything that you might need. We will definitely be back to visit.

This was our second stay. It’s a large 55+ winter destination and a lot of park models. We were in the pull through section which was close to the dog park, pool and laundry room. The RV Park is close to shopping. There is A LOT of noise from the trains blowing their whistle and cars on the road. (I know it’s not the resorts fault.).

General Arrival We have a 35’ Heartland Big Country 5th wheel and a Dodge Ram 3500. Our site was #391. I asked for a pull-thru and was told “Again” they are for paying customers. Our site was quite aways from the pool when there were empty back-ins closer. Starting to see a trend for Thousand Trails Members in Encores. There were a lot of backins closer to the pool area and also a lot of open pull thru’s even though I told them my wife had damaged her foot and had difficulty walking we were still placed 2 streets away. Site Condition and size Site is nice and looks like they poured new slabs to some of them. Site Utilities (Elec, Cable, Wifi, Water, Sewer) Electrical has 50, 30 and 20A. The 50 and 30A plugs were filled with something so I called maintenance. He said it’s bugs and he cleaned it out by shoving a plug into the socket 3 or 4 times. Should be serviced. Need to call for cable. Free wifi at the club houses. Water pressure good 55 psi. Sewer is still terminated too high for a proper slope. Can they not terminate at ground level or lower. Facility Amenities Bathroom Facilities, Pool Areas, Hot Tub, Dog Park Never used any of them. Surrounding City Lots to do and see. Lots of shopping. Overall Impression We thought we would try this one as we used to go to the Foothills which is the sister resort which allowed us the pull thru’s but here they don’t and they only had 4 but Fiesta must have at least 19

This is an RV resort, so for the room rating, it gets 4 stars because the sites are big and have mature landscaping. The staff is amazing, helpful and very friendly. I have nothing but good praise for them. The location gets 3 stars only because it is in town and your nights can get noisy from sirens and loud vehicles going by fast on the main roads. But that is no fault of the resort. In town, access makes it a very walkable location, and that outweighs the bad side. Facilities are great and well kept, lots to do here, and the patrons are super friendly.

One of our favorite parks in Arizona. We like it so much and the people are so friendly we purchased a park model vacation home. The staff does an excellent job of keeping the park neat at all times. There is lots to do and once again everyone we've met has been super friendly. Highly recommend but book early...

This place is hopping!! So many neat activities and nice people. This is an age qualified place but our family was able to stay for just a few nights and we really enjoyed it.

First-timer at this park. A well maintained park with friendly people (a few strange ones too) and friendly staff. Dependable utilities and connections. Decent amount of activities and get-togethers you can get involved with. As quiet as could be expected; you can still hear the soothing sound of freight trains off in the distance and some cars here and there. The grounds could use a little upkeep and fresh paint. The pic I posted is a reminder of why I came here. Recommend.
