Our group of five families stayed at Fiesta Key RV Resort, and we were all extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful from the start. There was no WiFi, no restaurant or bar as advertised, and no housekeeping services. When we asked for clean towels, we were told we had to pay to wash the ones we already had. The cottages were run down and falling apart, and the AC unit was so loud it sounded like a train coming through the wall. There were no kitchen items to cook with, even though the cottages were supposed to be equipped. To make things worse, I was harassed about my service dog, which was completely inappropriate and against ADA guidelines. Then, after checkout, we were charged a $150 “damage fee” even though there was zero damage to the unit. The entire place is poorly maintained, misrepresented online, and not worth the money. Overall, this was a horrible stay, and we would never recommend Fiesta Key RV Resort to anyone.

When we booked the site the website falsely advertised the restaurant and bar when it was not open, in fact it wasn't open for some time and not going to be until late November. Based on the website and how they advertise it we left the absolutely beautiful Sugarloaf KOA paying the same price to work our way back up the keys to the mainland. When we pulled into the park immediately it felt like we went from a lush oasis into a barren desert. Hardly any trees and no shade. Our experience at the pool was pretty bad too. They have rules like no personal music, no food or beverages at the pool and other normal rules. Well the first day they enforced them when only a few people were there, but the next couple of days on the weekend it was chaos to the point that we could not stay there anymore. One last major concern is that this Park floods. At high tide twice daily the salt water from the Gulf raises so much that many campsites were completely underwater and several moved from the more expensive "elite" sites because closer to the water. So you pay more for the inconvenience. We've been RVing for almost 30 years and now been full-time for 7 years to this point and pretty much knew that Thousand Trails campgrounds were rarely very nice but with the location and the way they advertised it we thought we were going to be in good shape. I would not recommend paying such a high price for a sunset because that is the only thing this place has going for it.

Office staff were great! The sites can be tight if it is busy. There are a lot of families that it seems camp together. We were fine with the size of the site. If you need anything from the on-site store, good luck! It is hardly ever open. The pool was very crowded with large groups. Bathrooms and showers need work.

Two Fantastic weeks in heaven, the site we had was very close to the pool, restaurant boat docks and beach(not really a beach). Just a couple minor complaints, the WiFi they make you pay for wouldn’t be worth it if it was for free, the pool got a bit crowded in the afternoon. That being said the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was better than we expected. Because we went in June there weren’t any activities but every morning in the pool and the afternoons were spend people watching, shopping, fishing and just relaxing. We did most of the tourist things in the area. Now we did join Thousand Trails so we saved a bunch of money on our stay, and when you save money, well I smile.😀 now I hope you enjoy your selves as much as we did.

There’s nothing like the feeling of being on a small little “island”. We stayed in a room on the property. Very beautiful place. Gorgeous sunsets! Great meal at restaurant. With a disabled husband, the room was perfect! Just the right size for both of us and easy for him to get around.

We participated in RV Rally Latinos en RV 2025. The campground is perfect, nice pool, marina services are excellents, staff friendly. The campground is under new administration, they are doing a good job to keep the place in optimus conditions. Common areas are clean and public bath and showers in good conditions. Good job guys!!!!

This was a fantastic vacation. The sites were large and well laid out, and the location cannot be beat. We also really enjoyed the bar/restaurant with regular happy hours and the food was amazing. Pool and beach area were always clean and well kept. We got to meet several staff members who were all so nice and helpful. Trash pickup was super helpful and we enjoyed the waterfront on both sides of the key. Overall, this was an amazing place that we truly enjoyed and certainly will be back!!

We had the privilege of staying here two weeks. What an amazing park. The views. The pool. The people. The staff (they are so organized). Nick at the office was so helpful. Restaurant next door. Marcia at the store was so nice. They have lots of activities. Monday Market. This has an amazing vibe and just feels like home.

What a great campground! We stayed here with our 43ft fifth wheel RV for 2 weeks and had a great time and loved our stay. First: the marine life around this island is beautiful, active and rich. We saw manatees, shark, octopus, crabs, lobsters, jellyfish, slugs, many types of fish and more without any effort but just walking around the shore and on the pier. Incredible! I recommend going on a sunset or early evening walk with a flash light and looking around the pier for the blue octopus :) Location: remote and secluded yet close to most anything you could need. Just hour and a half to Key West and the south most point of the USA. Just 20mins to Marathon Island which has all the convenience of a small town with grocery stores, gas, things to do etc. The campground is quiet and tucked away from the road better than others on the islands. Grounds: clean, spacious and well maintained park. Roads, common areas and amenities are all in great condition and tended to perfectly. We loved the playground and that it’s gated so I could actually read my book and not worry about my kids running in the road. Sites: we were surprised at the number of spacious sites! Yes, some seems close together but there were mostly well spaced sites. Sites are clean and tidy. We did have a nice space right behind the cabins with ocean view- not right on the water but I think you can’t go wrong with any site/ you’d be at most a 3 minute walk to the water. I recommend parking your tow/personal vehicle at the parking lots available to free up yard space on your site. It made a big difference for us. There are variety of activities going on most days but to be honest we didn’t really attend any. We did enjoy the live music from the beach a few nights and that was lovely. While the campground was full with all spots filled, it didn’t feel crowded. Every time we went to the pool, beach, playground or on a walk by the pier it felt relaxing and peaceful. Note that there isn’t a beach with direct water access- you may go in the water over the rocks very easily but there is no typical sand beach. There are some not far from the campground. There is an area for canoes and paddle board access. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so we have no comments about that other than it seemed expensive, but not uncommon for the islands. Overall this was our best campground experience in FL (we’ve been to about 10 other campgrounds). It was fun, unforgettable and easy stay. We definitely look forward to coming again!

Our stay at Fiesta Key was nothing short of incredible! This is hands down one of the best RV resorts we’ve visited on our travels, and the first one I’m already planning to return to before we wrap up our journey across the United States. The park is absolutely beautiful and immaculately maintained, with the raked beach being a true standout feature. The onsite bar and restaurant are the perfect additions, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with great food, drinks, and friendly company. The seasonal tenants were incredibly welcoming and added to the fantastic sense of community here. One of the highlights of our stay was the entertainment—Elvis was phenomenal! It was a truly memorable night, and having him as a regular performer is such a special touch. A huge thank you to the entire team at Fiesta Key for creating such an amazing RV resort. Everything about this place works so well, from the beautiful setting to the welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back!

The employees in the store are excellent. Very friendly and helpful! Park manager Jessica (I believe) runs a great park and deserves a raise

I would actually like to give them ZERO stars, but that wasn't an option. My husband and I were visiting the Key West area from Saturday-Tuesday recently without our RV but while we were in the area we wanted to check some campgrounds out to consider for future visits WITH our RV. We stopped at about 6-8 campgrounds and each campground we stopped at and asked if we could just do a quick drive through to see if it would work for us. Every campground we stopped at said sure no problem. When we stopped here the first time it was Saturday afternoon. There was an employee in front that was checking in RVs and said no we cannot allow that as it is too busy maybe stop back early in the week. We stopped back on our way out of the area on Tuesday morning and asked again. We were told NO we do not allow that, this is a private campground. We have never had a good experience with Thousand Trails campgrounds and customer service and this just solidifies the fact we will be avoiding Encore Thousand Trails resorts in the future.

My family and I stayed here for Christmas break and had a fantastic time. The resort grounds was well maintained including down to the bath house. The restaurant and bar had great food and courteous service. The camp store had a nice selection and even sold a bully net for lobstering. They sell fresh shrimp for bait but you gotta go early before they run out. Overall fantastic resort!!

We really liked this resort. Clean, nice pool and hot tub. You can do a bit of snorkeling off the "beach" section but the sites West of the marina are SO tight and so close (other side didn't appear nearly as bad). Beautiful area. However if you are coming to visit Key West, is a very good drive (probably 90 minutes).
