They say one thing and do another. Was very disappointed our last month. Tried to contact HQ and got no response. Get everything in writing, other than that, it was decent and quiet.

Thought new management was actually going to clean up park and make improvements, but so far rent has increased but nothing is being done to improve the looks or activities. Actually we have zero community activities.
