They say one thing and do another. Was very disappointed our last month. Tried to contact HQ and got no response. Get everything in writing, other than that, it was decent and quiet.

Thought new management was actually going to clean up park and make improvements, but so far rent has increased but nothing is being done to improve the looks or activities. Actually we have zero community activities.

This place needs to be minus stars! Since the new owners took over, not only has it's one time, long ago beauty NOT been kept up or maintained but no improvements have been made. There's been no written rules and now my civil liberties been violated. And there's nothing I can do.

This is the view from my bed it has been like this for almost a year! We have been asking the landlord to fix it and he continually refuses. After sometime we decided to start withholding rent. We were waiting for a court date, but the judge somehow decided our claim wasn’t legitimate. So now I have an eviction on my record and we are scrambling to find a place to live. All he had to do was fix our floors and we would have started paying rent!!!! Do not rent from here!

Love, love, love the management, the beautiful lake location, the neighbors! We feel so at home and the managers are very dependable, friendly and helpful. The neighbors are nice but not nosy or bossy, and the spot is off the beaten path and lake access is not only handy, but the lake is so pretty and serene.
